- Private Entrance: You have your own private entrance to the main house.
Please note: There is a separate laneway home at the rear of the property which may also be booked. It has its own private entrance and will not impact your access, privacy, or enjoyment of the main house and its amenities.

- Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit may be required for your booking. If applicable, you will be notified of the amount and terms before your arrival.
- Potential Fees: We ask that you treat Bruno Petite with care. Additional charges may be applied for any damages, excessive cleaning needs, or if items are misused, lost, or stolen. Fees may also be assessed for rule violations such as unauthorized guests or unapproved late check-outs.
