"Nous (un groupe de quatre retraités) sommes restés trois semaines en mai/juin 2024. La connexion WiFi fonctionne. La description de la propriété est correcte. La cuisine est entièrement fonctionnelle. Tous les appareils fonctionnent. La maison était bien fournie avec des serviettes et toutes sortes de commodités. L’emplacement est excellent. "We booked this property as a girl holiday getaway for my 40th birthday celebrations. Overall we had a nice stay and found the location great to be able to visit some really stunning towns and villages nearby including Dome, Rocamadour and also had the opportunity to do cannoing in the Dordogne river as it’s such a great spot for it. In terms of the house itself, it had the main things we wanted but I wish the outside area by the pool would have had more greenery or at least a bit of grass....

"2 usesble bathrooms, not 4. Clean but lacking any comfort. One, twoseater sofa for 11 people, no other seating except dining chairs. The cupboards are full of someones effects, this lets the property down. The grounds were lovely but overgrown, balcony views obscured by plant growth, disappointing. The ground was wet all the time because grass was uncut. No hot tub, no spa. No sunbeds. Garden furniture very basic. No WiFi. We paid extra for sheets snd towels but these were very poor; dirty...

"This was an excellent property that caters for all age groups. The property was large enough to cope with 8 adults and a baby. It was a 10 minute walk out of Sarlat so easy for early morning croissants or walking back from an evening meal. We had on incident which was quickly dealt with by the owner. "La propriété est conforme aux photos dans un parc magnifique avec une vue sublime . Elle est formidablement équipée , il ne manque vraiment rien, tout est à disposition , et il y a beaucoup de confort . Les propriétaires sont discrets mais charmants prêts à tout pour vous être agréable . Seul bémol , nous sommes tombés la semaine de la canicule et ses 40 degrés , même avec des ventilateurs c'est chaud . Mais il y a une piscine de rêve qui permet de se rafraîchir et d'admirer les beaux couchers...

"Personne pour nous accueillir a l arrive,ballon d eau chaude et eau coupé, radiateur coupe,en gros débrouillez vous tous seul,le premier soir tout disjoncte heureusement que nous avons un contact,marie claire,pour nous indiquer que le compteur a l exterieure est sur un poteau a 10 metres de la maison qui sent l humidite et le renferme.contrairement a ce qu indique l annonce aucuns jeux de societes,pas de baby-foot et le fameux barbecue se retrouve etre un barbecue electrique de table,dommage...

"We had a fantastic stay in Thierry's villa, which is located in a wonderful location, and with all the amenities you can think of. It was clean, spacious and all the basics were provided. Pool was a blessing given the lovely summer weather we enjoyed. Views on the dordogne and surrounding environment, given the location of the villa was exceptional.
