Welcome to Casa Grande — a spacious Caldwell retreat perfect for groups, reunions, and team stays. This 5-bed, 3-bath home sleeps up to 16 and features a hot tub, foosball, fenced yard, Smart TVs in every room, and an 86” theater TV. Located near Hwy 20/26 with easy access to Boise. Note: an attached guest suite is rented separately; spaces are private but neighboring guests may be present.



🐾 Dog-Friendly



We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs in our home. Dogs must be included in the reservation, with applicable pet fees paid. Guests remain responsible for supervising them and preventing damage or disturbances. If you plan to bring 2 or more dogs, please reach out for approval before arrival.



Kindly note: We kindly ask guests to clean up after their dogs during their stay. If dog waste is left behind, an additional $25 fee may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and welcoming for everyone. Cats not allowed.

We’re truly grateful you’re considering staying at our home. To help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review the following information.



🦻🏻Shared-Wall / Noise Disclosure:



Casa Retreat is connected to the neighboring Enclave Guest House by a secured interior connecting door. The door remains locked on both sides whenever the spaces are rented separately, and guests do not have access between the two units. Because the homes are connected, some normal household noise or voices may occasionally be heard through the connecting-door area. We ask guests in both spaces to be respectful of quiet hours and neighboring occupants.



🌤 Outdoor & Garage Amenities



Outdoor and garage amenities (such as BBQ grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items) are provided as a courtesy for our guests’ enjoyment. Because these items are exposed to weather and natural elements, there may be times when they are unavailable or not functioning as expected. While we do our best to prepare and maintain them, availability cannot always be guaranteed.



We appreciate your understanding that these amenities are optional features and are not eligible for refunds if impacted by weather, wear and tear, or unexpected issues.



🐞 Idaho Wildlife & Nature



Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. However, due to our location, you may occasionally notice outdoor insects or small wildlife (such as ants, spiders, flies, or squirrels).



This is common in the area and not unusual for homes in similar environments. If anything concerns you during your stay, please let us know and we’ll gladly assist.



🏡 Residential Setting



Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.



We appreciate your understanding that these are outside of our control.



📷 Exterior Security Cameras



For the safety of our guests and the property, we have exterior security cameras only.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.



⏰ Check-In & Check-Out



We’re happy to consider early check-in or late check-out requests whenever possible. Because of cleaning schedules and incoming guests, these requests must be approved in advance and cannot be guaranteed.



Unapproved late departures may result in additional fees.



🔌 Utilities & Services



In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, or water), we will do everything we can to communicate updates and assist. However, these services are provided by third parties and are outside of our direct control.



🛋 Furnishings & Updates



We regularly update and refresh our space. While photos accurately reflect the layout and style of the home, small décor or furniture changes may occur from time to time.



🛠 Guest Care & Responsibility



We kindly ask that guests treat our home with care and report any issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear, in line with Airbnb policies.

Interaction with Guests:

We have the home set up to use self-check-in. We like to give our guests privacy, but we are nearby if you need anything.
