Staff were hit and miss. Lucy checked me in and was great but Grace refused to let me borrow a charger even though she said there was a box full in lost property. The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. Nice location, arrived and found out no coffee machine in the house, and bathroom door was not working properly, we had very good communication with the host, had a new coffee machine arrived and the door was fixed in a day or two.
