We have 5 vacation rental homes available for lodging and/or social gatherings, affiliated with PuntaCaldas—an event venue, recreation area, and lodging facility:

• HOUSE 1, with 3 bedrooms (1 suite) + 1 guest bathroom, living room/kitchen, backyard, maid’s quarters, and a 4-car garage;

• HOUSE 2, with 2 bedrooms (1 suite) + 1 guest bathroom, living room/kitchen, maid’s quarters, and a 2-car garage:

• HOUSE 6, with 2 bedrooms (1 suite) + 1 guest bathroom, living room/kitchen, maid’s quarters, and a 2-car garage:

• HOUSE 8, with 2 bedrooms (1 suite) + 1 shared bathroom, living room/kitchen, utility room, and 2-car garage; and

• House C, with 1 suite; 1 bedroom (sleeps up to 8 people) and 1 outdoor guest bathroom; living room; kitchen; laundry area; backyard; 2-car garage;

• Plus: a dozen secure outdoor parking spaces on the street.

EACH HOUSE CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 10 PEOPLE

RENTAL TERMS:

(I) - SHARED USE OF THE WATER PARK >

RENTAL/HOUSE/NIGHT AND DIFFERENT GROUPS OF PEOPLE

• - shared access to the Water Park via wristbands;

• - heated pools;

• - 2 hot tubs with hydromassage;

• - 2 waterfalls (pressurized water jets);

• - steam room (1 hour/day);

• - set of tables with 4 chairs, sufficient for the number of guests;

• - game tables: snooker, ping pong, and foosball;

• - up to 16 poolside lounge chairs;

• - playground;

• - covered area under the 2 pyramid-shaped tents, 200 m²;

• - free parking;

• - free Wi-Fi;

• - speaker system; and,

• - access to the snack bar to purchase and consume food and beverages;

PLEASE NOTE:

(i) - The daily rate does not include:

(1) - Bedding and towels;

(4) - Meals;

(5) - Breakfast;

(6) - Cleaning fee. Cleaning fee = R$150.00/house/stay;

(7) - Park cleaning fee = R$150/house/stay.

(ii) - All mattresses are covered with a white protective cover, similar to a sheet. If desired, bedding and bath linens may be rented separately at a price of R$35 per kit per stay;

Kit = sheet, fitted sheet, pillow with cover and pillowcase, bath towel, and floor towel

(iii) - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, either in the houses or in the Water Park area;

(iv) - At check-in, a SECURITY DEPOSIT will be required, payable by a valid personal check or in cash, in the amount of R$500.00 per house;

(v) - Each house and area of the Water Park will be inspected upon arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out);

(vi) - Upon “Check-Out,” once it has been verified that no damage has occurred to the property or its components—including furniture, appliances, and kitchen utensils—the security deposit, whether by check or cash, will be refunded in full to the contracting party;

(vii) - The SHARED USE hours for the water park are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at which time all machines and equipment will be shut down and the gates will be closed; and,

(viii) - Our maximum capacity is 58 people across the 5 cabins + VIP lounge, located within the park grounds, with 10 people per cabin and 8 in the VIP lounge;
