Modern villa with swimming pool and terrace, near the Bay of Obidos

Nadadouro is near the beautiful lagoon of Obidos and the beach of Foz do Arelho. In the neighborhood you have very high-quality restaurants and only 5 minutes drive there are plenty of shops and supermarkets in the commercial city of Caldas da Rainha.
The villa is suitable for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the large living room you will find a comfortable lounge (with sofa bed), you have one TV a nice view of the patio and pool. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove ... The bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor have a shared bathroom and entrance to the spacious terrace (55 m2). The roof faces south and offers a magnificent view of the surroundings.
In the garden you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy a good book and drink. The swimming pool (7x3 m) lies on the south side out of sight of the street and provides the necessary cooling during the hot summer days.
The outdoor deck is also equipped with a barbecue. All windows have blinds making it even in summer stays inside cool. The villa has a private garage. The air conditioning system in the villa is also a heating system for the cooler periods of the year.
Final Clean Maal 145 EUR is not included in the rent.

We really loved staying here! The property was just so beautiful and so spacious! This property is so centrally located and we found ourselves wanting to check out so many towns near by! The communication was awesome! We will be back!

The house and pool area is well maintained and comfortable. Our only issue was the host made up only a single bed (queen ) with only a single pillow per person. We sleep with (2) pillows each - there were no additional bedding anywhere in the house. Also just a set of 2 towels per person for the week’s stay. We were renting a (3) bedroom property ; the host could have left additional bedding and towels which was the case in the other places we stayed in during this trip.

La casa es simplemente maravillosa. La zona tranquila pero perfectamente comunicada tanto con la playa como con Caldas (restaurantes, supermercados...) La Propiedad y Álex maravillosos. ,estupendos y pendientes de nosotros. Recomendable 100%.

Wir durften einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt und die Erwachsenen haben die Ruhe vor Ort genossen. Die vorhandenen Infobroschüren über die Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich und auch Alex und Olga waren bei Fragen für uns erreichbar. Die Strände und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind schön und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

The property was very nice and calm as described in the internet. The communication with the owners and the local team was very prompt and always helpful. Although we were only two people, we enjoyed the roominess of the house. We can strongly recommend this vacation house.

The check in process was extremely unprofessional. The google map location on the listing isnt correct so we arrived at the wrong location. We called the number given and were unable to communicate so luckily the property owner helped us out and got his property manager to call me. After mistakingly not using wattsapp (which I opologised for straight away when I was informed) we were shouted at by a very angry and aggresive man named Alex Bouts. He used offensive language on the phone and behaved in a threatening aggressive way in person.He begrudgingly showed us the villa with very strict instructions. Once he calmed down, I asked for an opology which he refused to do. Not the start we were expecting to our holiday and took some time to get over. Anxious for the check out, Alex sent 'Friends' of his to check us out, they were friendly people but strangers to us and spoke little english. We would highly recommend new professional property managers for this villa to prevent this happening to anyone else in the future. As we would never want to meet him again. The villa was very modern and clean, with a lovely pool, located in a quiet urbanisation. The property managers had not run the shower in a while because the water came out orange and spitting initially. Luckily the shower upstairs was fine. A car is definitely needed, Lisbon is only an hour away and nearby Obidos is a must see.

A beautiful villa which was very clean and had everything you would need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. The closeness of Pingo Doce supermarket which was 10 minutes away meant we were never without fresh fish, meat , salad and wine. It was great to have the swimming pool to come back to after a day at the local beach in Foz Do Arelho, our favourite and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. We would definitely go back again and enjoy the surroundings even more. Whilst there we visited the Bay of Obidos, Nazare and Peniche. The whole area was beautiful and the beaches were stunning.

We had an amazing stay, villa was actually even nicer than the pictures and had everything we needed and it was very secure with electronic shutters on every window and door. Layout was really good and it was spotlessly clean on arrival. Pool was lovely and it's a great base to explore the area. Car is essential as no beaches or restaurants etc within walking distance. We stayed in August and parking at the beautiful lagoon beach at Foz do Arelho was free and easy as long as you are there before 11. Would definitely recommend.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is ruim en tip top in orde met overal airco en een verwarmd zwembad. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen geweest door Olga en Alex (Vlamingen die in Portugal wonen) en hebben ons vele tips gegeven om te gaan bezoeken en lokaal te gaan eten. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, aangezien er weinig op wandelafstand gelegen is. Maar het is wel een prachtige streek om op vakantie te gaan.

Zeer mooie en nette woning, voorzien van alle comfort!! Het zwembad was wel wat koud bij momenten. De communicatie met Dirk verliep heel vlot en de contacten nadien met Olga en Alex waren zeer duidelijk en hartelijk. Zeer mooie omgeving, centrum en winkels zijn vlakbij, op 5-10 min te bereiken met de wagen.

Sehr schöne Ferienvilla für einen perfekten Familienurlaub. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Foz de Arelho und der Lagune. Sehr großzügiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung Kleiner Hinweis: die wasserdichten Spannbetttücher sind sicher praktisch aber auch sehr unangenehm und Plastikartig - da gibt es bessere Lösungen. Die beschichtete Pfanne in der Küche ist leider nicht zu benutzen, da die Beschichtung kaputt ist - diese sollte ausgetauscht werden

Très beau séjour passé dans cette villa, bien située pour découvrir Nadadouro et ses environs, notamment le lagon très appréciable avec des enfants et la région au nord de Lisbonne. La maison est très bien entretenue et d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons notamment apprécié le calme du secteur, le confort intérieur et le système de chauffage solaire de la piscine.

Modern spacious villa, in a really great location for exploring the fantastic Silver Coast area. Pool area has sun for the best part of the day. The property is immaculately clean, and has all you need to really enjoy your stay .. We literally didn't want to leave, so we'll have to come back.
