Ocean Vista is a truly spectacular spacious villa with uninterrupted views of over the beautiful Obidos Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean and is just a short 5 min walk from the fantastic beach of Foz do Arelho.
The villa is ideally placed to take advantage of the stunning sunsets and sea views. On the ground level, the villa offers a modern and spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with new stainless appliances five spacious bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms.
There are sliding glass doors from 3 bedrooms and the living room, which overlook the beach, lagoon and ocean. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate lounge area. There is also spacious games area with a Pool and Table Tennis Table and a fully equipped Gymnasium.
The villa sports a beautiful private Heated Pool, spacious grounds and large wrap around deck, also with ocean views.
The beach in Foz fo Arelho is rated as one of the best Blue Flag beaches in Euorpe. With its extensive sandy beaches one can always enjoy a peaceful spot even in the busiest of times. With the warm,tranquil lagoon and ocean surf at the same beach teenagers and toddlers can enjoy the beach equally.
The Villa is located a short driving distance from some of the best historic sites in Portugal and can find Golfing , great restaurants and cultural distractions nearby. Whether you are looking for swimming, surfing, sailing, sunbathing or just relaxing with a night stroll along the beach with a visit to one of the many restaurants and cafes, this villa, located on Portugal's beautiful and fashionable Silver Coast, makes it all possible

Beautiful well appointed house! Immaculate! Close to beach. Heated pool, nice grilling area outside, 4 full modern bathrooms, awesome kitchen, spacious. Never felt crowded with 10 people. Great game room. Stayed 9 nights. Would love to stay longer! Recommend a car to get around area.

Lovly vaccation

The house was verry nice whith a marvelous view. It was clean and everything you needed for the stay. We stayed as three generations and everyone enyoyed the stay. I woud love too come back.

Brilliant Villa

The property was great and better than the web site, the management company was not existent and we had to call a previous employee to get into the property on arrival and the we did not have any contact from the existing management company even when we lost water for one day and did not know what to do.Brilliant property terrible on the ground support.

Amazing villa in fantastic location

Our family group of 10 stayed for a week in this incredible property with amazing sea views. It is so well equipped with beautiful furnishings. There is everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The resort is beautiful with a choice of lovely restaurants. A visit to the nearby medieval town of Óbidos is a must, it is very beautiful. The host, Emil, was so helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We will 100% be booking here again. Highly recommended.

Spacious and spectacular!

This home was a dream! Beautiful views and ocean breezes! Wonderful kitchen and luxurious bathrooms for all guests. We enjoyed local restaurants, walking on the beach and using this as a jumping off point for other nearby places of interest. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Oceanview

The house was simply wonderful. The large kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were all comfortable and easy to use. We loved the views and downhill walks to the beaches and town. Coming back uphill was a bit more challenging! Several people in our group used an Uber but would definitely recommend having a car if you want to use this as a base to explore central Portugal

Wonderful place in a great location

Wir haben die Unterkunft zwei Wochen lang mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (2 bis 5 Jahre) besucht und sie wirklich sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub mit Kindern benötigt. Bäcker, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Strand bietet durch seine besondere Architektur familienfreundliche und ruhige Bereiche und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, was jedoch nicht schlimm war, da die Ausstattung des Hauses, insbesondere der beheizte Pool, perfekt für die Kinder und uns war. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter sorgte die angenehme Wassertemperatur dafür, dass wir viel Spaß im Pool hatten. Die Aussicht ist sowohl bei gutem als auch bei schlechtem (stürmischen) Wetter beeindruckend und einzigartig. Auch bei widrigem Wetter bietet der Strand mit seiner besonderen Geografie die Möglichkeit, dort mit den Kindern Zeit zu verbringen. Das Haus ist gut von der Autobahn erreichbar und liegt günstig in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küche, ist sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt am Haus sind die wiederholten kurzen Stromausfälle (die Sicherung springt heraus), wenn mehrere Elektrogeräte gleichzeitig genutzt werden (z. B. Herd und Kochfeld plus ein weiteres Gerät wie Föhn oder Waschmaschine). Dies beeinträchtigt jedoch nicht den insgesamt hervorragenden Eindruck und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal Gäste dort sein

Super schöne Zeit gehabt!

Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen dort, es war geräumig, sauber, bequem, der beheizte Pool wurde regelmäßig von uns genutzt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Tischtennis, Billard und der Kicker wurden von uns sehr geschätzt. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub.

Luxury Villa in the Mist

The property was even better than expected, very spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the views spectacular! The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets.

Amazing villa

An outstanding villa with spectacular views, we were a large family and didn’t use the full space available, because it is so spacial - you could even bring an au pair or caterer, there is that much space. A total must have was the heated pool, we were grateful for that after spending time at the beach and in the stunning Atlantic Ocean which has its waves and quieter and safer lagoon. Our host was attentive and concerned for us having a great time which we did, thank you very much

Wunderschöne Villa

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Blick. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Küche sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Für Ausflüge eine optimale Lage. Einziger Makel war die defekte Poolabdeckung, die immer auseinanderbricht. Da hat sich auch eine Person bei uns schwe am Finger verletzt. Schade.

Stunning views and beautiful house.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. There was an issue with the heated pool and the owner worked diligently to resolve it. Easy check in and check out. If you want to stay near the Foz do Arelho area than this property should be on your radar screen.

Perfection

La maison est sublime, tout est pensé pour ne pas avoir besoin d’en sortir. Très bien équipée aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les bébés ! L’entretien de la maison est très bien. Seul petit bémol, les équipements extérieurs sont un peu usés. Chaises longues abîmées et pas toutes fonctionnelles, tout comme les parasites. Mais c’est dérisoire par rapport à la qualité de la maison.

Great spot for multi generation vacation!

We stayed here a week with 10 people between 80 and 2! House met all expectations for our group. Great to have all the games and the gym for the teenagers. The view is unbelievable and different every day. The pool is lovely although it would be even better with a safety gate. We had a few hiccups that were no one's fault and the property manager responded and resolved the issues quickly. It is definitely more of a walk to the beach than we anticipated (the incline is no joke!) but with a house.like that, we were happy to stay home!

Stunning views and luxurious villa

The villa is simply stunning. You can actually hear the Ocean from the huge spacious terrace. The villa itself easily accommodates 10 people. The downstairs games room and other facilities are ideal. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms are luxurious. The heated pool is an aded bonus and enabled children to swim all afternoon !! whilst adults simply admired the Ocean view. The beach is so clean and the beach bars are perfect for a lunchtime drink and food. Would highly recommend. Obidos is well worth a visit too. Stunning.
