It is ideally placed to visit many treasures of this country and to enjoy a mild and temperate climate (not too hot in summer and very mild in winter).
Completely renovated in 2018 and 2019, it will offer you a very modern comfort while keeping the authenticity of the typical houses of Portugal.
With 140m2 of surface, it will be ideal for 3 to 5 people.

It is a typical Portuguese house, completely renovated and very comfortable.
Ideal for 4 or 5 people, because our room is not for rent (in our absence, our two pussies (Lily and Sury) sleep there and live in the house.
They like the company and there are no constraints for guests: they all have what they need (pet door to enter and exit, water fountain, kibble dispenser).

Description of the house:
A large living room with apparent frame: cozy and cozy corner with sofas, cushions and armchairs, dining area with a large table, 6 chairs and window overlooking the garden. For the winter, a pellet stove will warm the atmosphere of this room in addition to reversible air conditioning.
A modern kitchen style glass, high bar and high stools, very well equipped for cooking (induction hob, microwave, oven pyrolysis, fridge-freezer, deep fryer, coffee pod, electric kettle, toaster, thermomix robot and lava -dishes) and for the laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board)
A large bathroom with two basins, large mirror, old-fashioned bathtub, walk-in shower, towel radiator and toilet.
Two rooms are available for rent:
A room of 20 m2 with alcove open on living room and French window overlooking the garden (King-size bed, with 4 pillows, duvet and quilt, chest of drawers, armchairs, piano)
A room of 20 m2 with mezzanine lounge: (King size bed with 4 pillows, duvet and comforter, armchair, dressing room, sofa bed)
Linens (bedding, bath towels and tea towels) provided.
The entrance to the house opens onto a Calçada (typical Portuguese paved courtyard) including covered terrace with dining room and plancha and fryer, garden furniture, sunbathing, then at the back of the house there is the Mediterranean garden in development yard.

Location of the house:
The house, 500m from the sea is located in the village of Serra do Bouro in the center of the Silver Coast (Costa da Prata), facing a nature reserve allowing walks in trails along kilometers of cliffs.
The house is located 5 minutes from the praia of Foz do Arelho, its sailing school, surf and kitesurf, its lagoon (Lagoa de Obidos) and multiple bars and restaurants (guaranteed authenticity).
At 5 km, there is the beautiful beach of Sao Martinho do Porto with a circular bay of about 700 meters radius, between two capes on the Atlantic that protects it from the big waves.
At 10 kms Obidos, fortified Roman city, a tourist attraction because of the excellent state of its ramparts and the promise of a nice walk in the past.
20 kms to the north: Nazaré whose city overhangs at 118 meters above sea level the typical village which is level with the sea. Off the coast, Nazaré Canyon is an internationally renowned surf spot, where records of the biggest surf waves are broken regularly.
Nazaré is also a famous fishing port in Portugal, where the majority of fish caught are found in the plates of restaurants!
20 km to the South: Barge, considered as the westernmost city of the European continent, it is located on a peninsula which connects it to the continent, which makes it a unique place with its fortress of Praca-Forte, classified monument.
From Barge you can boat dock on the island Berlengas Grande. The archipelago is considered, since 2011, as a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, it is surrounded by beautiful beaches and a lighthouse (Farol Duque de Brangança) 29 meters high and a fort (Sao Joao Baptista).
Not to mention, but the list is not exhaustive, 8 km, the beautiful city of Caldas da Rainha, which offers its many supermarkets, restaurants, its regional produce market and its fish market every day of the week. In this city you can visit the ceramic museum, Dom Carlos Park 1.
