We know, rules aren’t fun… but they help us give you and future guests the best possible experience 🌴
→ No pets allowed
→ No smoking indoors – permitted only in balconies or garden areas
→ STRICT QUIET HOURS – 9:00 PM ONWARDS. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, drums, fireworks, and any excessive noise are strictly prohibited from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Our neighbours include senior citizens, and we respect their rest and health after 9:00 PM. Please note that the High Court’s regulations on noise pollution in Goa are extremely strict for business premises. Any violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
→Hosting outdoor events (such as weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, and similar gatherings) requires prior government approvals. Please note that the INR 40,000 security deposit will be forfeited if any noise violations occur after 9:00 PM. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
→ Management is not responsible for loss/theft. Please use the digital safe for valuables
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Private chefs must bring their own dishwashing/service staff
→Events can't be held at smaller villa eg Phase 1, 2 , 3 , 4 , 7, 11 or 12. Events can only be held at 9BHK plus villas or combination villas.
→ Please remember this is our holiday home, not a hotel — respect the property as if it were your own/ 🏡
