"The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. "my room was called junior executive and yet there is no small fridge and kettle. You have to call reception for a floor mat. "They put me in the first floor with a window but there’s a huge wall against it ! Duh ? I was hungry & thirsty at midnight , and there’s no restaurant service . NO Bar service either .
