"Towers at North Beach was a terrible check in process. I paid in advance so I could go through “express check-in” but when I got there for check in the express line was not available. Not only was the express check in non existent, my 4:00 check in time was not available until 4:15. We got in late and the house wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly.
