Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. "It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. Apartment is small but perfect for two. A city map would be useful as there is no tourist office in Norwich and we got a bit lost firsts day."

"It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. "We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay."

"Great little, old quirky cottage in a pleasant village! Nice and warm, cosy cottage and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc to hand.
