Each room features selected vintage items connected to our family history, adding a unique charm to your stay. Whether you're here for pleasure or work, the apartment is fully equipped to meet all your needs. We kindly ask you to enjoy and take care of our curated and carefully selected items and details.

The highlights include:

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your meals with ease in a kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, blender, and a large refrigerator. Essentials such as cleaning supplies and cooking utensils are provided. For groceries, Carrefour express is just across the street, and HyperOne is 5 minutes away. We can also assist with setting up a mobile app for grocery delivery to your doorstep.

Entertainment & Connectivity: Enjoy two Smart TVs and high-speed fiber-optic internet (average 22Mbps). The internet quota is 140 GB per month and can be increased based on your needs. Both Smart TVs—one in the reception area and another in the bedroom—are connected to the internet.

Laundry Facilities: The apartment features a washing machine for your convenience.

Ample Hot Water: The water heater has an 80-liter capacity, providing enough hot water for the entire family. Hot water is also available in the kitchen.

Climate Control: All rooms are air-conditioned, and the living area and two bedrooms have heating as well. An additional portable heater is available.

Comfortable Living Area: The internal living area includes a pull-out couch for extra sleeping arrangements and doubles as a private workspace with a desk. It also features a couch and two huge comfortable chairs to lounge in.

Privacy & Security: The bedrooms and living room have shading curtains. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 compound and building security, along with an external camera watching the hallway.

Guest access
The entire apartment is totally yours to enjoy. You'll have exclusive access to all the spaces within the apartment, ensuring complete privacy and comfort during your stay. Feel free to take advantage of the provided outdoor furniture; each balcony is furnished with chairs and tables, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

In addition to the apartment, you have access to the beautiful compound surrounding the building. Take leisurely strolls around the well-maintained grounds, and discover the serene and secure environment. The compound offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing you to unwind and recharge.

Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or exploring the compound, you'll find plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy your stay.
Other things to note
We welcome small families and single travelers. According to the country’s regulations, guests must submit their ID in advance for compound security clearance.

Couples of Arab nationality are also required to submit proof of marriage along with their ID in advance for compound security clearance.

Visitation Rules:

Visitors and guests are allowed in accordance with Egyptian and Islamic customs and traditions.

Families are welcome to gather, but we do not allow single individuals of opposite genders to gather.

Visitors are requested to leave before 9 pm.

Visits should not conflict with the general quiet hours in the compound, from 5 pm to 10 am.

Guests who wish to stay the night must submit their IDs for compound security clearance.

Cleanliness:

Cleanliness is very important to us. Maintaining a clean house allows us to continue offering our guests a superb experience.

For longer-term stays (more than a week), we require you to provide access for cleaning the apartment once a week to ensure it is well-maintained. The cleaning charge is USD 15. We provide a cleaning lady to come to the apartment on one of three days (you choose: Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday). Thank you for understanding, as this is crucial to keeping the apartment clean for you and future guests.

Extra Services:

Extra Cleaning: If you require extra cleaning during your stay, the cleaning charge is USD 15.

Children's Furniture: Available upon request, including a crib, highchair, and small bathtub.

Internet: We offer a 35GB quota per week or 140GB per month, with a speed of 28Mbps. Should you require a larger quota at the same speed, an extra 100 GB is available for USD 5. To upgrade to higher speeds: 70Mbps is USD 10 for 250 GB, and 100Mbps is USD 15 for 250 GB.

Electricity: Our neighborhood is not affected by any electricity cuts.
