Short but nice stay. Large appartment, easy check in and out. Ashraf, the guy who met us to check us in was really nice and helpful.

I booked the apartment paid for it a month ago when I got there they told me that they don’t see my reservation or name in the system. After a lot of arguments for hours they send me to other location and give me completely different apartment and only after I told them that I’ll call the cops. I would stay far away from this listing

our family of 7 enjoyed the property but were surprised to find out that the pool was not included in the rental. At nearly 10 dollars usd per persons eyptian equivalent, it would have cost our family 70 dollars a day to swim. My kids love swimming so this may be a pass next go to egypt. otherwise it was a nice property and we really liked the room and the close walking distance to a grocery store!

We informed the manager/careetaker of the place that we will get there around midnight but he took more than half an hour to come there. We had to wait for half an hour on the road outside the apartment with all our bags before he arrived and let us into the apartment. The kitchen floor was flooded. We were lucky to notice it before entering it otherwise we would easily have slipped and fallen. The apartment had only four towels whereas we had made a booking for six people. Two of the toilets did not have any soap.

when I arrived at the location we could not find the building so my uber driver called the number the lady asked which location he told her and she asked to speak to me she asked me my name and which location I told her and she asked me to take a screen shot of the itinerary and send it to her through WhatsApp after that she she asked me if I wanted to stay in that location or another I asked her if this location had a pool and she said yes the main reason why we wanted to stay there was for the children to swim before we caught our flight back home the following day she then proceeded to tell the driver that someone would meet us thank god for great men like the uber driver who sat with us for about 45 mins to 1 hour waiting on the man to come take us to the room he finally came and led us to the side where the driver was led to a parking garage under the building, where we unloaded our luggage is, and he took us to the room. I signed a paper he left the key and left. the listing shows a picture of the pool but when me and my children went to the pool the guard asked out room number and I told him he said sorry you don't have access to the pool, that's when I called the number again and the lady told me somebody would come to let us in the pool. Give him about two hours at this time. It was already about 6 PM. We had our flight at 12 AM. Long story short, the man never came. I went to reception of the building and they told me this room was owned privately
