"Fuimos un grupo de 9 adultos, una niña y un bebe. Después se nos sumó una pareja con su beba. Tiene un estilo colonial y los cuartos lo mantienen bastante bien, todo el entorno aún te proyecta a aquellos tiempos de la colonia y la explotación del té; pero las habitaciones están acondicionadas a los usos de hoy en día; en todos los cuartos que se nos asignaron hay hogar a leña, y de todos los mejores son los del frente (de frente a la recepción hacia la izquierda). "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. A very good place to stay"

"Good budget hotel nice location"

"the staff is well behaved and always ready to help you. This makes your stay safe and comfortable."

"Bathroom is bad. No water supply properly in the basin. As shown in the picture bathtub is not at all usable. Infact bugs are in the bathroom. No telephone in the room and unfortunately there are not even staff available to seek help. I had to go searching for them. No Internet even after asking for them. Only positive about the place is the lawn. It’s not worth the price "

"Stinky Bathroom"

"This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️"

"Breakfast was really fresh and staff were very friendly and great hospitality "

"Not value for money not clean and not displain"

"The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well"

"The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp."

"No Wi Fi, felt like a deserted place with nobody at all inside. The rooms need to be upgraded to match the rates! "

"The room was in good condition. There were no instructions to order room service, get drinking water. No Toothpaste in the room and none available for purchase."

"Great"

"Morning breakfast good but it not enough for adults.no tooth paste, tooth brush,no fan,.not worth the money We spent."
