The apartment is spread over two levels: On the first floor, you’ll find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the greenery—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or moments of relaxation. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and the master bathroom. The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or business trips. Upon arrival, you’ll find a gate leading to the residence and the private underground parking.
