We booked our room through Expedia five months in advance for a six-night stay. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we would have to check out on October 22 because the hotel had accepted a large group booking that filled all their rooms. When we explained that our reservation was confirmed until October 26 and showed them our Expedia booking, they claimed it must have been a system error—without offering any apology. They did, however, offer to move us to a nearby hotel, which we declined.
We stayed in one of the studio rooms, which was dark and poorly designed. The layout was inconvenient, and accessing the room was quite confusing, likely because the building is old and was later converted into a hotel, not originally designed as one.
The room was clean snd quiet.
