Country feel, close to amenities!
Three minute drive to beautiful Lake Cadillac or Mitchell State Park, 400 feet from the white pine trailhead. Perfect for summer biking or winter snowmobiling.
2 minute drive to get ice cream, fast food or Cadillac West fine dining.

Beautiful sunsets, large lush green lawn in front & back (2.5 acres).
Private outdoor back yard with no residential neighbors directly on either side.
A beautiful garden area and even a lookout play fort for the kiddos while you enjoy lounging on the back deck or sitting around a crackling fire (firewood is not supplied, but available nearby).

Gravel Driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, BOAT PARKING, RV (to park & plug RV is additional charge depending on length of stay, please inquire).

Take advantage of using the 3 kayaks for a paddle on one of the lakes.

Mixing work in with pleasure? You’re covered with fast Starlink Internet and a dedicated workspace desk in the main bedroom.

Also, we have some amazing drinking water from our well. The water is such good quality that the city built brand new well houses next-door.

Two bedroom, one bathroom house, large spacious bathroom, vaulted ceiling in living room, full kitchen, and a grill in the back.

Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. Master bedroom has KING size bed, both beds have 100% cotton sheets. The couch can also serve as a bed. If you take the back cushions off, you’ll have more room to spread out.

Marble dining room table with seating for 6-8, couch with chaise lounge and 2 accent chairs.

Washer and dryer. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, flat iron. 55" Smart TV. Brand new full size fridge, brand new dishwasher. Kitchen stocked with: Dishes, pots, pans, and full rack of spices, coffee samples.

If you have a well-behaved dog under 75 pounds that is house trained, they are welcome too. No cats please.

For longer stays 10 days or more there is a deeper cleaning fee. Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional charge.

A small amount of soaps, coffee, dishwasher & washing machine detergents and paper products are supplied, any more needed beyond the portioned amount is guest responsibility, there is a Dollar General less than 3 minutes away for conveniences and has just about any supplies you many need.

There is a vacuum, iron/ironing board, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, knife block, stocked spice rack for your convenience.

Jeep Blessing Weekend

We traveled up to Cadillac, MI from the Toledo, Ohio area. The house was just wonderful! Everything was fresh, clean and in its proper place. The bathroom towels were fresh and white! We will look into staying here again! Thank you for a great home away from home.

Just as described

The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Very quiet area and still close to everything. If this is available on our next trip to Cadillac, we will definitely stay year. The host is very responsive. You can’t go wrong booking this house.

Quick Adult Weekend Getaway

Property was just as described! Absolutely loved the deck and back yard. We used the grill every night and ate on the deck watching the sunset, followed by a fire. House was very clean and felt like home. Had everything we needed. Also loved how close it was to everything, yet it was very private and felt secluded. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! It was our first VRBO experience and could not have had better amenities, especially the use of the laundry units! We loved the recommendation of eating at the Clam Lake Beer Co. The entire place was cozy snd comfortable! Would stay again!

Cozy home. Decor well thought out. Had everything I needed upon arrival including ice. Perfect for a retreat and a great place to host a backyard gathering. Had washer and dryer and hair dryer, removable shower head, dimmable lighting, newer fridge. Very cozy large master bedroom with large bed. Great lighting and decor. Easy communication with owners and quick response. Looking forward to booking again on our next visit.

Perfect for what we needed

This was a quiet place away from people and crowds, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, towels and basic kitchen items were available. The artwork is beautiful and it felt like home. We didn't stay long enough to try the stove or grill but all of the tools needed were there and easy to find. The yard is large and landscaping beautiful, we loved sitting in the deck in the morning to drink coffee and and watch the rabbits and birds. There are a few steps to get into the house but once inside everything is a open floor plan, one bed is low and another is higher but they had step stools which worked great for my aunt. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use. We would absolutely rent/stay again. The only thing to keep in mind is if you do have any accessibility issues the toilet is very low and was a little tricky for my elderly aunt to get on and off without a grab bar, so we would just bring a cane next time to help with that.

Cozy and peaceful!

Second time I’ve stayed here, totally cozy and peaceful. Beautiful sunsets viewed from the deck. Nice spacious yard, house is comfy and clean. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. King sized bed in master suite was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up in the morning, haha! Nicely decorated, clean as a whistle, and plenty of parking as well. Enjoyed watching the birds and deer outside. Easy to find, right near both sides of Cadillac yet tucked away from traffic and noise. Plenty of dining and sightseeing within a twenty minute or less drive. Definitely plan on returning this summer!

Wouldn’t stay again

Stayed for tonight’s for an up north ski trip. Location was convenient and quiet but rest of the stay was disappointing. There were inaccuracies in the listing (have been corrected after our stay and informing the owner) but many items overlooked. For example, we only had 2pillow cases for the 4 beds, no soap provided for the shower, no laundry detergent. The other main thing was the cleanliness. The couch had stains, the shower had mold and mildew, the dishwasher surround was dirty, the oven dirty and didn’t fully close, the towels were obviously not used and fraying. As a newly listed rental, we expected cleaner conditions and less worn items. Other areas had dust and could have been easily addressed with the proper care. We informed the owner and they were thankful for the feedback but we felt important to share the feedback here so others know before booking themselves.
