Perched atop a hill in the exclusive guard-gated community of Altos de Flamingo, this coastal gem boasts a convenient location in the heart of Playa Flamingo and is close to everything Guanacaste's Gold Coast has to offer. You will be within walking distance of Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero, the Dive Center, a supermarket, fabulous restaurants, two banks with ATMs, and endless options for coastal or off-shore recreation including the new Flamingo Marina. And, for greater convenience, the doctors, urgent care, and pharmacy are just minutes away. Private outdoor areas include the pool deck and an expansive patio equipped with comfortable furniture and a gas grill for home barbecues.

Along with the sparkling private pool, the attractive exterior features a beautifully landscaped garden and poolside lounge chairs. The home is accessible from both the top and bottom floors for added convenience.

The modern interior design features stylish beach-themed decor along with updated appliances and furnishings for complete comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The light-flooded full kitchen is sure to inspire delicious home-cooked meals and flows directly into the spacious living room. Free WiFi and streaming-enable smart TVs are equipped for entertainment or remote working.

The home boasts more than 2000 sq ft of luxurious living space. All bedrooms enjoy en suite bathroom access. The entire upper floor includes beautiful ocean views along with a private terrace, whereas the lower-level bedrooms have direct access to the pool and garden. All rooms are equipped with retractable glass doors which create an open-air feeling and showcase fantastic water or pool views. The villa offers a perfect blend of modern elegance and tropical charm.

Additional perks include a private washer/dryer. Ceiling fans and mounted air-conditioners are also installed throughout the home.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay! Communication was easy via text. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Wished we stayed longer!

Even with view would not stay again.

The home and view are beautiful. That is where the good review ends. The pool had white floating grime in it (along with other debris) there was large amount of poop and pee on the pool deck. The upstairs shower bathroom fan did not work, the hot water in that shower was not working well. There was black long hairs in one of the downstairs bathrooms stuck to the side of the shower wall and toilet. There are no washcloths. And bring a sound machine because the birds sit and chirp all night. Also a random cat kept trying to get into the house. Oh and if you are allergic to down, bring your own pillows. It is located in a great spot though and the grocery at the beginning of the neighborhood is the best around. I reached out everyday that we were there asking for the pool to be cleaned and they kept telling me they would send someone. They never did and we never got to access the pool, which was one of the reasons we picked this unit. Overall we WAY overpaid for our experience. Would not recommend.

Beautiful view

This house is just as shown in the pictures. The view, pool and bedrooms were the best. Each room had its own en-suite. Well stocked kitchen. My only complaint would we got to the house at night and there were no lights and the key is located in a very dark area. Loved this place and we will return!

Great view and area

The property is exactly what it looks like on the pictures and one of the main reasons we booked this was for the view and it did not disappoint! The house had pretty much everything you needed and the pool was great. A couple notes is the amount of bugs in and around the house outside. I totally understand. We are in a tropical area, many daddy long legs inside the house. Which I honestly didn’t mind until I found them in the bed boards. Ants did make their way into the house which again is not huge deal but I’m sure to someone. It would be a big deal.. other than that the house was clean and well kept!! I wouldn’t mind staying here again and I do recommend it. It’s right next to a cute little Italian spot and convenient store which is so nice to have an option so you can cook at the house. Liquor store is also connected to the convenience store, which is obviously nice!

Una propiedad excelente, con una infraestructura excepcional, las vistas del océano son espectaculares. Las habitaciones del alojamiento son amplias y cómodas, la cocina extensa y bien equipada. Muy apropiada y acogedora para unas vacaciones en familia. El único aspecto a mejorar es la necesidad de subir numerosas gradas, con una pronunciad inclinación, mucha altura entre una y otra grada y sin barandales que permitan sujetarse. Esto es especialmente difícil para personas adultas mayores. Siendo esta la entrada principal a la casa, debe acondicionarse de tal manera que se facilite el acceso y se evite algún accidente. Lo demás es fenomenal.

Beautiful home with an amazing view

We have a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It was even better than it looked in the photos, with a great location and short driving distance to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, bars, etc. Highly recommend staying here and would go back in a minute! Great communication with the property manager as well.

Great House & Great Location

This house was exactly as described and as seen on the pictures. The hosts were helpful and communicated with us perfectly! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. THE VIEW OF PLAYA FLAMINGO IS AMAZING!! The pool was perfect and the beach with restaurants was within walking distance. The property is in a gated community which felt safe and secure. Plenty of room and a great kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!
