The Space:

We would like to welcome you to Vista Vela lll located in the desirable Tezal area of Cabo. The complex itself is designed for comfort and leisure, featuring multiple pools, a gym, a clubhouse, BBQ Bar and pickleball courts. The lush landscaped gardens and dedicated children’s play areas. For those who enjoy active outings, you’re within a short drive to Medano Beach, known for its watersports and beachside bars, and close to various hiking trails in the scenic Cabo Corridor area. Plus, you’ll be just a 10-15 minute drive or Uber ride from Cabo’s Marina, where you’ll find vibrant shops, dining, and nightlife. The location is especially convenient for quick trips, as it’s just behind Costco, making grocery runs easy.

Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 47 km | 29 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
