We are a PREMIER PARTNER. TERRASOL, newly revitalized, and our NEWLY REMODELED CONDO offers one mile of private beach along the Pacific Ocean yet is only a short ten minute walk to downtown Cabo's shopping, night life and activities. Our two bedroom condo with ocean view will comfortably accomodate a family of six, but it is also perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a romantic, extra spacious getaway for two. Fiberoptics Wi-fi available in our condo. Terrasol is the only full ownership condominium on the beach. Located on the tip of Land's End w/our own private beach, isolated from the noise, and yet just a ten minute walk to downtown, the marina and all the activities offered there. Terrasol has two pools with swim-up palapa bars and small palapa cafe offering drinks and wonderful breakfasts, lunch and light dinners (open from 9am to 6pm). The grounds of the complex are immaculately maintained and landscaped with native plants. Terrasol is a place of great serenity, where you can watch the migrating whales or relax by the oceanside pools. Taxis, pedi-cabs, water taxis,and even old time horse drawn carriages are always available.
We have a great medical facility in Cabo, Ameri-med Hospital, w/state of the art equipment. Also, next to us we have Hotel Playa Grande, with a 24/7 urgent care center that you can walk to or just call them and they will pick you up and take you to the hospital.
Both Playa Grande and Solmar Hotels, on the either side of us offer spas and beauty salons for all your needs.
THIS 1800 SQUARE FOOT CONDOMINIUM OFFERS TWO BEDROOMS (MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED AND THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED), TWO FULL SIZE BATHROOMS, AND SINGLE ROLLAWAY BED located in second bedroom closet, and another single pull out bed located in the living area.
THE LARGE SECOND FLOOR UNIT's PATIO OFFERS A MAGNIFICIENT PACIFIC OCEAN VIEW. TERRASOL'S WATER SUPPLY IS PROVIDED BY OUR PRIVATE DESALINIZATION FACILITY and the water is very safe to drink. We also have fiber optics Wi-Fi in our condo. We send out 6 pages of information and everything you need to know to help you make decisions on places to go, things to see, activities to do, places to eat, transfers to and from the airport, etc. Our goal is for you and your family or friends to have a wonderful time in Cabo.

There are Terrasol resort fees paid by the guests at the end of their stay to the front desk upon checkout. You may use a credit card for these fees at the end of your stay.
Resort fees are based below:
1 - 2 people $18.50/night
3 - 4 people $23.50/night
5 - 6 people $28.50/night

Just returned from our trip in Cabo. My boyfriend, his son and myself. The condo was exactly what I expected based on photos and reviews. Extremely clean, well stocked, great location and quiet. Marcie was available instantly for simple questions, but not much was needed given the explicit instructions and information provided by her prior to arrival. Will return to this fabulous place for sure!

Nice roomie condo with plenty of room for our family of four. Great views of the ocean. Beach was amazing and pools were nice with plenty of seating. Beach bar was nice with reasonably priced food and drinks. Easy walk to the marina.

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay at Terrasol. Everyone was so kind and we especially enjoyed the Palapa Bar and two pools. It is clean and quiet at Terrasol, and we could walk to the marina and many restaurants. We rented a car but you really wouldn’t need one. Marcie is so nice and easy to work with. We really don’t want to leave!!

First stay at Terrasol

Terrasol is a beautiful property located right on the beach. (Non swimable - Pacific side) Quiet, 2 pools, friendly staff, close to marina and downtown. Bar and grill on property has very reasonable food choices and is open for breakfast and lunch. (8-5). The condo - 2BR/2BA was well equipped with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck. We have been to Cabo many times - this was our first stay at Terrasol and we plan to return. Highly recommend this unit and resort.

Celebrated Graduation and Retirement

Our stay in Cabo San Lucus was extenuated by the place we laid our heads at night. We enjoyed several Cabo activities, but found ourselves simply enjoying the assets of the property. The staff was accommodating and helpful, while the wealth of knowledge our host provided before we even set foot in Mexico, was a document we returned to as a priceless resource.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

The condo was fantastic. Fully equipped with all that we needed. Location was amazing. Pools were mellow and relaxing. Staff was top notch. We will be returing for sure. Loved the private beach and no crowds.

Breathtaking

Not only does this condo have everything you need and more the location of Terrasol is absolutely amazing!! Beautiful. I took a trip away from home with a friend we both wanted to get away from work and all the stress of everyday life. Our stay was exactly what we needed. The cafe on site was a nice plus as well. Everyone was accommodating. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay. Right on the beach with a swim up bar and restaurant. Close to everything down by the marina. Only negative was our room was still getting cleaned when we arrived, but we hung out at the pool until it was ready.

Our stay in Terrasol was amazing! And Marcie’s condo was the same! Clean and well stocked with all you need to be comfortable in a home away from home! Thanks to her and the great staff we had an awesome vacation in Cabo! Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Complex

Beautiful, well kept grounds. Met wonderful people, great service at the Palapa Bar, wish we were still there! The unit is perfect for 4 people, nice balcony. Never cooked in, but there was everything you needed to do so.
