The Space:

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Terrasol Beach Resort sleeps up to four guests right on the sand in Cabo San Lucas. Step out your door and you're moments from the beach, with sweeping ocean views from your windows and private patios — the kind of spot where morning coffee tastes better and sunset happy hour becomes a daily ritual.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and direct access to full bathrooms. The primary suite includes an en-suite with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom shares easy access to the second full bathroom just steps away.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The living room opens to those ocean views through large windows that flood the space with natural light. Sink into the sofa after a beach day and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The full kitchen gives you everything to prep breakfast, mix margaritas, or cook a fresh catch from the marina — stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit — a parking pass is required. The marina, downtown Cabo's restaurants, bars, and shops are all within a five- to ten-minute walk — you're close enough to the action but far enough to enjoy the sound of the waves at night.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
