This Villa is Located on the ground level and allows instant access to the Pool and Beach Areas to start your vacation memories that will last forever!

The Villa offers access to full amenities allowing for you to embrace your stay at this 5- star resort. Amenities include room service, a full-service spa, every other day maid service, twenty-four-hour access to impeccable concierge staff, access to several pools, onsite restaurants, a market, a sports bar and plenty of activities for children!

This unique private 2 bedroom/3-bedroom Villa sleeps 4-6. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a beautiful armoire with a flat-screen television, a spacious desk/sitting area, and an en-suite bath at includes a separate shower, marble countertops, jetted tub, make-up area, and double sinks. The guest room offers two Queen sized Beds, an entertainment unit with a flat screen TV, writing desk/sitting area, huge closets, large bathroom with large bath/shower. There is a powder room off the living area that includes a shower.

Other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), granite countertops, all cooking, serving and entertaining pieces. The dining room has a large table with 5 full sized chairs as well as a countertop bar with 3 full sized bar stools. Central air conditioning is included, as well as, a washer/dryer, a full-sized pantry, large outdoor patio with patio furniture and access to complimentary internet services.

The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, a chair, entertainment center and Smart TV. If needed the sofa can provide additional sleeping accommodations.

Spacious Attentive and Accurate

A wonderful stay in a well cared for condo. The description was accurate and the attention from the property was fantastic. A sweet little view of the ocean and the access to the two giant hot tubs for the hotel just off the condo's porch was dreamy.

This is the 7th condo that our family of six has stayed in at the resort. We enjoyed our stay. However, this condo can use some updates. Kitchen supplies are sparce, the tv's in the bedrooms are not smart tv's and do not work great.

Great service and accomodations!

Johana, the on-site concierge for this property, made the trip a 10 out of 10. Between the welcome drinks and appetizers, the frequent (but not too frequent) check in's, and the in-suite dinner that she coordinated and assisted with, this was the best time we have had in Cabo. The suite itself was well appointed, and the furniture was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glassware and all the utensils needed for the couple of times we cooked. The staff at the property itself was also quite friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be looking to this property first on our next trip to Cabo.

The condo complex is exceptionally nice. Staff is plentiful and very professional. Grounds and common areas are immaculate. The condo itself is very spacious and well-equipped. We were all comfortable and would stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Beautiful resort, the grounds were very well kept. The Villa was beautiful and clean! It was perfect for my husband and I on one side en-suite and my 2 daughter in the other en-suite. The service and the food were also top notch! I would highly recommend this owner/Villa/resort!

Great Stay!

Terrific place. My only add would be more basics in the kitchen. There were no paper towels and one kitchen towel. Nothing to clean dishes off. No dishwasher tabs. No seasonings of any kind. The place itself is terrific. Great beds and overall clean. We did call housekeeping twice for bath towels. But overall stay was great. I love that this is a quiet no loud party place. Perfect for a family vacation!

Loved Our Stay At Estancia

We really loved our stay here. Heather was very accessible and quick to respond to a couple of minor things that came up. The place itself is wonderful, it has a back patio area with a gate that opens right to the ground level path that can take you to the pool and beach. We loved not having to get on an elevator or go up and down stairs, especially with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

This property was absolutely stunning . The condo was gorgeous. The location was close to pool and main lobby . I would recommend this property. I would definitely rent from this owner again . The maid service was exceptional . There a nothing I can say except it would give this a 5 star review . Heather was the best . Her communication from start to finish was exceptional . If your looking for a great place to stay I would recommend this place !! Thannnyiu Heather for everything !!

40th Birthday Celebration

We visited Cabo San Lucas for a 40th birthday and stayed at Heather's Villa Estancia property. Heather was always very responsive and quick to answer questions. The location of the villa was perfect, the view was amazing and the property is beyond beautiful. The staff at the property is very kind and super helpful. The villa fit 7 of us very comfortably and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and hope to stay at the same location.

We had such a great time at Heather’s condo in villa la estancia. The condo has everything you need and the location is ideal. I love being able to just walk out to the beach from the patio. My husband and I had a fantastic time. Will be going back again.

Perfection in a vacation

Let me start off by saying what a great host Heather is. She made all the necessary arrangements and answered so many questions before we left I felt so prepared. Thank You Heather. The resort is excellant. Very family fiendly and the locations of this villa is AWESOME. Ground floor, walks out to a small grass area for kids to play and a 1 minute walk to the pool. ...2 minutes to the sand. Beds a very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the jet tub is a very nice place to spend an hour with your loved one. The kitchen has everything you need to live a day or a week. We will be back , not just to Cabo....to this Villa. Thanks Heather for a memorable stay.
