Great Location/ Wonderful Accommodations .

Gated community, side of mountain that overlooked Cabo San Lucas and Marina. The evening lights aglow from the lively town were magical. We love the location just far enough from the town to have a very private feel. Close enough to walk to town or to any of the restaurants. The condo has great windows a full wrapped porch and semi private pools to lounge at. We give this stay a 10.

Enjoyed our stay

We were not on vacation, but helping a small community in Cabo who are less fortunate in need. The garage space was perfect for organizing all the goods. The unit was spacious as well. They provide everything you need. Jennifer the host was the best! Out of all the VRBOs we've rented over the years, she was the first who actually met us at the unit when we arrived and walked us through letting us know of any small issues the unit might have had. Was great to know someone cared that much. She also provided great communication along the way and provided tips as well. Kudos to Stephanie!!

We had a great experience from getting picked up, 30min stop for groceries, swim supplies, spices, cooking supplies, and much more. The padregal beach hike was awesome and suggested by the property manager

Great set up for 2 couples

We enjoyed our 9 days in the very clean and roomy condo. Excellent AC and comfortable beds! The hill is a bit of a walk and so we ended up ubering way more than expected but I'm sure many people wouldn't mind that. Jennifer was Excellent as our host and communicated well.

Excellent property

I’ve stayed in this apartment for ten days, and never wanted to leave! It is beautiful, and much bigger than the pictures show. Equipped with everything you need. The deck and the view are the best part, it’s overlooking the ocian and the whole city, a 7 minute walk to downtown Cabo. The two pools are wonderful and the whole outdoor area is meticulously taken care of. Jennifer was constantly in touch, and accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend this Vrbo, it will exceed your expectations! I had a blast here.

Great location

Easy walk to Marina area. Many local restaurants in community. Much needed, local road work in Pedregal community brought noise and extra dusty conditions. Local property manager provided excellent tips for all shopping needs.

We LOVE Cabo!!!

This was our second time staying at this condo. It’s in a great location, very convenient to town and has a beautiful beach at Pedregal. Local contact Jennifer is very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely loved it

We stayed for 12 days, property was very clean, the condo property was great. The balcony was perfect, my girls slept on it most nights! The view was breathtaking! We rented a car as well and there was even a garage to park in… will definitely keep in touch to stay again! Jennifer Roel was so helpful!

Cabo ~ September 20

This is a great condo in a great location. The check in process was easy and the property manager was very helpful. The condo was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It has all the amenities if you want to take the day off from Cabo and just hang out and feel like you were home. The view of the city from here is amazing during the day and even better at night. If you enjoy walking, it’s just a quick one into town. Plus, being located in the Pedregal, you can walk up and over to the Pacific Ocean if you’re looking for exercise with incredible views. I will definitely stay here again.
