Villa 1608:

• This striking Mediterranean decorated villa offers 2100+ sq. ft. of enchanting beauty!

• A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange excursions, dinner reservations, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

* This villa includes a spacious terrace complete with a wet bar, dining table and chairs sitting area and grill.
* Large fully equipped kitchen with stainless large and small appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a meal, all you need is your fresh caught fish!
* Dining room
* Smart tv's in all rooms also with cable
* Ceiling fans in every room and individual thermostats in the main rooms.

Living Area:
* There is a pull-out sofa in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.

Kitchen:
* The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry as well as a washer/dryer wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.

Master Suite:
* The master suite has a kind bed with a pillow top mattress, sitting area, sliding doors to the terrace and a desk for working remotely. The ensuite has his and her sinks sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and plenty of closet space.

Guest Suite:
* The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, sitting area, smart tv, plenty of closet space and an attached full bath with shower and tub.



The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Villa La Estancia is an award winning resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. The room was excellent for the family, spacious with an amazing terrace. Food was excellent, though very pricy once service tax and Vattax are added, but town is an easy 20 minute walk with everything you could want. NO time share hassle, all the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Wish we were staying longer!

Fun Getaway

This was the best rental we have ever done. Really luxurious and crisply new feeling. All of the people we came in contact with at the resort we so good. The place is incredible and the beds are sooooo comfortable. I highly recommend using their airport transport and the doormen are quick with nice taxis when you want to go into town. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This was the perfect condo for a family. The two separate rooms was wonderful. We also loved the kitchen and washer/dryer! The resort is incredible. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!

Family trip to Cabo!

The property was amazing exceeded expectations! The service was exceptional and very personal. Our family had a wonderful time and appreciated the help coordinating reservations for fishing, whale watching, and dinners in town. The spa is a must! We definitely plan on returning!

Great stay and accurate description!

Stayed the week with my husband and two girls. Rooms were as described and week was great. I’ve stayed at the resort twice before and it’s the perfect location to be able to walk to town. Concierge was super helpful with recommendations and reservations. Definitely go with Jane’s private transport company as well.

Suntacular Cabo

We were a party of 2 couples and totally enjoyed our stay, the condo was terrific with a large balcony / patio and comfortable amenities, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in which we did twice for dinner and every morning for breakfast. Joel the concierge was terrific with excellent recommendations. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

This is my second time staying at Villa Estancia and again it did not disappoint! I went with my two girlfriends from college (life long friends) and had the best stay. We felt safe on and off of the resort. Very easy to get a cab to go into town for dinner. We also walked it a few times. The best feature is the 3 full bathrooms!! I will be returning!

3rd trip to this property and still love it. Every condo is slightly different so choose what’s most important to you: view, space, floor height etc. this condo was in great shape with a great view from the balcony, but not inside the condo

We went to Cabo, to celebrate my sister‘s birthday. It was five women. We really loved the place. We had a concern on the first two days that our room smelt like sewage. It is an overwhelming smell. However, the property manager took care of it right away. Thank goodness. We did not know that there was going to be construction, going on our windows were taped up in our room Facing the walkway however it wasn’t that big of a deal. The view from our patio porch was absolutely spectacular, there were cruise ships we could see every day. One of the pools was under construction that had the swim at bar. That was a little disappointing from my sister who loves to party however, the service at the pool is still good.It was great to be on the beach. We could walk to the other bars and restaurants and we really enjoyed the weather. My sister had the best time of her life, which made it worth it and we would stay at this place again because it had beautiful views out of our room, we were on the sixth floor

Wonderful Visit!

The resort was clean, modern and above all, the staff was outstanding! They were helpful and kind and went over and above any of our requests for help. The onsite restaurants were good and we ate at the Italian restaurant, the sports bar (we wanted to watch the Olympics) and the pool side restaurant. The pool staff provided as many clean towels as we'd like, set up umbrellas and chairs at the beach, blew up our pool floats, delivered nachos to our pool chairs and brought us drinks. I felt spoiled! We needed extra sheets for a hide-away bed and the staff not only delivered them promptly but insisted on making the bed for us as well. We were able to walk to the main beach area to eat at restaurants and get a massage. We took a taxi when we went to the marina but it was not a long ride at all. The cost was $11 for 4 people to get to the marina. We took a boat tour with Eco and it was wonderful too. I would highly recommend La Estancia.
