Relax on your private terrace as you enjoy the Baja sunshine -the vacation life is great at Casa Danzeland! An attractive modern villa with vibrant colorful accents throughout, this inviting retreat is situated in the highly desirable and gated, Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas closely situated to all the area's best activities. In addition to the sparkling swimming pool, outside you can enjoy a shaded patio dining area, gas barbecue and lounge chairs.

Inside, the villa is a welcoming oasis of comfort and style. Artistic decorative touches give this home a unique ambiance, while the home boasts all you'll need for a great getaway. You'll appreciate the attention to quality craftsmanship throughout the villa, including travertine tile floors, granite counters and a well-equipped kitchen. Each of the appealing bedroom suites offer a private full bathroom. The 5th bed is a pull out queen sofa in the second den and we have a room dividing door you can use for privacy if planning to use that room. Whether you're planning an escape with friends or a family vacation, Casa Danzeland offers a wonderful setting for your time in Cabo.

The entire home but the garage is not available due to home owners personal belongings in there. There are 4 designated parking spots available to the left of our home for guests use.

I am always available by text or phone call. I also have a house manager, Oscar who lives locally and will be your point person for any questions, activities and transportation. He will check you in and out. He will also always be available by Whats App during your stay for any questions or any issues that may pop up during your stay. I will send Oscars contact information once I receive your email.

The Pedregal neighborhood is beautifully manicured with cobblestone roads and exquisite flowers and unique plants. The home sits right next door to a small park if you have children, parking is available and walking distance to the marina, the nightlife and the beach. The neighborhood is in a gated community and very secure with 24 hour guards both at the gate and driving in their vehicles.

Taxis are very easy to get in Cabo just ask the front security gate for help to call one.

Guests can easily arrange a grocery and drink list at any time using our dedicated house manager. He can also provide transportation, chef services and other amenities like at home massages. Your stay at our house truly revolves around making sure you feel at home having the amenities you need at your fingertips.
Guests are not allowed access to the garage because the owners personal belongings stay in there.

Great property! Great location (short walk to picketball courts and beach)The villa is clean; well maintained both inside and out. Especially liked the outside area. There are multiple areas to sit and relax. The managing agent responds quickly. Villa Danzeland is a definite 10. Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful property!!!

My friends and I had the best time at Danzeland. This property was perfect for our group and was beautiful. The onsite manager Oscar was wonderful to work with and very responsive/helpful with all my questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at this property! It was great and clean and spacious. Lots of area to hangout at a group. Oscar the property manager was amazing and so helpful. He helped us set up the welcome package and a dinner cooked by chefs at our house. Felt very safe in this neighborhood as it is gated.

Well appointed Villa with views

Our family (my husband and I our adult children) loved our stay at Casa Danzeland. Some of our favorite things:The upper firepit area for winding down at the end of the day, enjoying morning coffee or a meal together and looking to the left to see the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean to the right. Our walks to the private beach, the marina/town area and the Saturday farmer’s market. The hills are steep, but the distance is short, the neighborhood is beautiful and you can always get an uber for the return trip. That each bedroom had its own bath. It allowed for family members to have their own space to unwind. The beds were super comfy with soft linens too. And it was a nice touch to have shampoo/conditioner/bodywash provided. The pool! We had it heated (for an extra charge) and it was delightful.

Great house, beautiful views, walking distance to marina, Safe Neighborhood

4 adults, 5 teens The house has amazing views because is is toward the top of the hill. The walk to town is on cobblestone and steep - about ten minutes down and 12 to 15 back up. Same to the Pacific. We went up and down several times a day & were happy to be working off the endless guacamole we managed to consume! There is a coffee shop & small grocery store a block from the gated entrance, plus the entire downtown area. Can walk to Walmart, Uber back. Uber to the house from the marina area for just a few dollars. Taxis charge per person - don't make that mistake - $36 for a 3 minute drive for the 9 of us. Pool gets full or filtered sun all day long. Bigger than it looks in the photos - we had 2 lounge floaties and 3 adult sized ring floaties in the pool at all times, with space to enjoy the "lay out" platform and to swim around. And even when it was windy, the pool area stayed pretty sheltered and warm. Well equipped home. Really nice appliances. Some spices. Detergent. Coffee maker. Beds are comfy. Bathrooms are huge w/ great showers. Pool towels. Board Games. Lots of windows. Ceiling fans. AC. To consider for a big group - 4th sleeping space includes a futon & big couch, w/ privacy screen for the doorway. Not super comfortable and no noise barrier from the living space. But no biggie & fully disclosed - we were on vacation and the teens were happy to be up early to enjoy the day. Would definitely stay here again. No hesitation. Thank you!

The most amazing villa for your Bachelorette!

We had an absolutely incredible time at this stunning villa. Our stay was for my sister-in-law's bachelorette party, and this spot exceeded our expectations. Oscar, the host, was exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us in booking a private bartender and chefs for a couple of nights, all of whom were not only friendly but also incredibly talented. Moreover, the villa's location is perfect for those seeking to immerse themselves in the heart of Cabos San Lucas. The villa is well-stocked, boasts an amazing pool, and offers breathtaking sunset views. It truly provided the ideal setting for our getaway

Perfect experience in Cabo 10/10

From beginning to end it was 10/10. Our initial contact with Alex was a great, Alex was timely in his response and very accommodating. Check in at the property went very smoothly with Oscar, he was kind and made sure we knew he was available during our stay. Communication with Oscar the entire week was again, timely, professional and very friendly. The house is absolutely AMAZING. The views are breathtaking, from early morning sunrise to stunning sunsets! Danzeland was very clean upon our arrival and very will appointed. The Kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook full meals for a large family. Appliances all worked very well, ice machine was a bonus! We used the dishwasher daily. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were upgraded from a standard hotel. The house and each of the rooms were MUCH bigger than pictured, and SO much closet space!!! There were 8 adults and it felt very spacious, many different areas to enjoy. The house is located high above the city, it is for sure a walk/commitment to anywhere you want to go. The walk back is straight up, not an easy one for sure. There are walking paths around the neighborhoods. Everything is impeccable! We took Ubers everywhere we went, a reasonable $5, to most places downtown or beach . Ubers were very easy and quick to confirm. The views more than make up for this!! We would highly recommend Danzeland and we will absolutely stay again. Thank you Alex and Oscar

Fishing Trip

Great property, I thought the pool was larger than it appears in the picture. Lots of seating outside. Kitchen has nice (new?) appliances. Use VRBO a lot and other vacation rental services, was happy to have spices and oils in the pantry. Seems small but always annoying to try and cook without it. Will use again.
