We stayed at this property for my bachelorette party with 12 friends, the photos do not do this place justice, house was absolutely gorgeous and there were plenty of sleeping spaces with very spacious rooms. The property manager and his team were awesome helping with anything we needed and communicating with us very efficiently. I would say this house may not be the best for you if you are wanting to go out in downtown many nights of your trip - shuttles were very expensive, about 240 usd round trip and the resort being so private makes it very difficult to call any other ride services or taxis to the house. Our property manager helped us schedule all of our shuttle needs but we did run into 2 times where we got overcharged. I would say this house is perfect for a large group looking to golf or hang by the pool at the house. Another bummer of the house is having to pay extra money for the heated pool every day.

Great House - Very new and nice

House was great, great views. Seems very new. Rooms and beds were generally nice and comfortable. Diamante was a nice resort, somewhat hard to get in and out of as you can't call ubers to the house, but Diamante can call shuttles to your house which is easy, just more expensive. Only issue was we were missing 2 queen beds in the 4 queen bedroom, but I am certain this will be resolved prior to the next guest visiting, be sure to check this though if you will be needing the beds. Everything else about the listing is accurate and exceeded expectations. FYI, to heat the hot tub is an extra charge which is not listed on VRBO.

We recently stayed at this property and there are definitely positives worth noting. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and felt safe and secure. The property manager was responsive and did make efforts to remedy the issues that arose during our stay.There were several things that are important for future guests to be aware of. There is a charge of 100 per day to heat the pool and spa. The listing also indicated that a golf cart was available for use, but it was not working during our stay. WiFi was also out for over 24 hours during our stay. Crews did come out to attempt repairs, but the issue was not resolved while we were there AND THEN they submitted an insurance claim for damages “internet cable repair” without my knowledge claiming that we “messed with the wires”. We simply tried to reset the internet to avoid them having to come out and fix it. The biggest frustration was paying to have both the pool and spa heated and then being told they only have the ability to heat one at a time. Unfortunately, the heat for both the pool and spa did not function properly during our stay. I requested a refund for this specific charge and did not receive a response from the owner. Given that we paid specifically to have the pool and spa heated, not being able to use them during our stay was disappointing and impacted our overall experience.I wouldn’t recommend this property, especially at this price point.
