The balcony or patio has 2 chaise lounges, 2 chairs, and 2 small tables. Choose from 7 swimming pools and 3 jacuzzis strategically located for magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. The grounds feature several stunning water features. The hotel is sandwiched between a beautiful beach and amazing vertical cliffs on a long private beach. With amenities like WiFi, AC, a kids' club, a beauty salon, a spa, a fitness room, and several restaurants, guests will have everything they need for a delightful stay. Please note that this property is a timeshare, and our week is a floating week. However, we have a confirmed reservation for October 19-26, 2025. If you make a booking for October 19-26, 2025, VRBO will automatically accept the booking. Upon notification from VRBO, we will let you know that we have initiated the process of transferring our reservation into your name. We will upload your confirmed reservation into the VRBO system within 1-3 business days as soon as we receive the updated paperwork from the resort.

On the other hand, if you wish to book for any week other than October 19-26, 2025, you must Message us first with your preferred week and a couple of acceptable alternative weeks (if possible) so that we can contact the resort to determine if any of your selected week(s) are available. If any of the desired weeks are available, we will notify you to proceed with the booking. Once BRVO notifies us of the booking, we will notify you that we have initiated the process to pay any necessary fees to the resort, to change our existing reservation to your selected dates, and to transfer the reservation into your name. We will upload the confirmation into the VRBO reservation system once we receive the updated paperwork from the resort, which normally occurs within 1-3 business days.

If you make a booking for any week other than October 19-26, 2025 without Messaging us first, VRBO will automatically accept that reservation based on the booking calendar. However, we will not know for sure if a particular week is available until we call the resort. If your selected week is not available, we will notify you accordingly, and we will also indicate if the prior or following week is available. You will then need to Message us to let us know if you want to accept the prior or following week if available or if you want us to check availability for a different week or if you want to cancel the booking. If you decide to cancel, you will need to submit a cancellation request through VRBO. We will accept the cancellation request in this instance only. VRBO will refund any prepaid booking amount.

Once the confirmation paperwork is completed and uploaded into the VRBO system, the Guest may contact the resort directly to arrange any desired concierge services or inquire about meal plans, etc.
