Allison Ewing 650-309-2347 Hacienda Beach Club & Residences, voted Top 10 Resort Properties, is an upscale private ownership resort right on Médano Beach. It is a luxurious ocean front property on a ¼ mile of beautiful white sand beach. Our guests are treated to everything a 6-star resort offers and the central location means that World Class Dining, Shopping, Entertainment, Casinos, Sport Fishing and the beautiful Marina are just a short stroll away.

Ideally situated in Building 4 and on the 4th floor, the location & views are unmatched. Our spacious & luxurious 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Residence has an elegant & professionally decorated decor. We frequently hear from guests that it is even more beautiful than the photos! As you enter through the antiqued wood front doors you are immediately drawn to the unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez and Land’s End. As you explore further you will be wowed that the same views are also found from each guest suite. Large ocean facing pocket doors provide a seamless transition between the generous wrap-around private veranda and beautiful living & dining spaces. The Host, the location, the property were all spectacular. I am a regular in Cabo San Lucas and this was the best property I have stayed in. The hosts were very quick to respond and the staff of the property were all helpful, kind and friendly. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Pictures alone do not do justice to this incredible property. Second time we’ve stayed at the absolutely amazing Hacienda Beach Club resort. Extremely well done remodel, high end throughout, Allison did a great job communicating with us. The staff is there at your every need. Pools are never crowded and the location is superb to not only the marina but some of the best restaurants in Cabo like Tres Sirenas, Edith’s & The Office. We will definitely be back to stay in this specific Hacienda!!!

Splendid Stay

Hacienda Beach Resort was spectacular as always, but the host of this unit goes above and beyond. We booked last minute and Allison promptly helped us with all arrangements. Eve, the chef, surprised is with margaritas and homemade quesadillas upon our arrival which was such a special touch. The condo is beautiful and corner location offers incredible views. 10/10 recommend this one!

Amazing stay in the perfect getaway

Absolutely Perfect Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property! Wonderful Residence at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences

Yet another wonderful stay at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences (I believe our 7th or 8th time). However, first time staying in this residence, which is managed by a wonderful property manager Allison (so very responsive, thoughtful, and clearly focused on ensuring you have a great stay). This residence sits on the 4th floor and thus has amazing sweeping views of Medano Beach and Land’s End. It’s very well appointed: high end while comfy furniture, both inside and on the patio; super comfy beds; power showers; fully equipped kitchen; spacious and so quiet; conveniently located in building #4… which means very close to the main building/pool/beach/and spa/gym; nice A/V options inside including Sonos.Further on location, you’re a few mins down to the beach, and an easy 5-10 min walk to several lovely restaurants (including Edith’s, The Office, Sur Beach Club, The Italian Job, and Las Sirenas). You’re also a stone’s throw from the Marina!Hacienda’s Resort Team is best in class! Super attentive, friendly, and so committed to personalizing your stay. Overall, a lovely residence that we look forward to renting again. Ps: Don’t miss Chef Eve’s very warm and delicious greeting upon arrival… custom delivered and prepared in your residence. :-))). Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful furnishings and unobstructed view of Sea of Cortez being a corner unit. We traveled with another couple and enjoyed playing pickle ball in the mornings and then coming back to preparing breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen and eating out on the deck overlooking the water. It was nice to have daily housekeeping too. The resort amenities were awesome and loved the spa close by plus being able to walk to the Marina and other restaurants. Allison being owner/manager was very easy to communicate with through email or text. We would definitely like to schedule a return stay next year if possible.

We stayed in Allison’s villa with friends who were celebrating a birthday. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! We were able to check in a little early which was perfect so we could throw our suits on and head to the pool! Allison’s unit is gorgeous, and you cannot beat the location! A Fantastic 50th Birthday Weekend

We have stayed at Hacienda over the years, but this condo is by far my favorite. Every detail was considered from arrival snacks to high-end linens to a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed for my sister's 50th birthday weekend and it was absolute perfection. Thank you!

Amazing Property and Location

Great place and location.

Place is very comfortable and great place to hang out looking at the ocean. Property has a great pool and views. Lots of bars, restaurants and the marina are close by so you never have to get in a cab! Host also has lots of connections in town.

A great getaway with a dreamy view!

The condo is exceptional, comfortable, well appointed and well thought out. The views are the best you can hope for and the attention to detail in the luxury condo is amazing! Daily cleaning service is a treat and the ease to your own washer and dryer doesn’t disappoint. Calling a golf cart for transportation couldn’t be easier, although the condo is located very close to the main clubhouse where you find the pools and restaurant. Security is effective and efficient, staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. I would stay again!

Amazing 4 night stay in Cabo

Allison was fantastic to work with. The condo was breathtaking. We lived on the outdoor terrace as the views are over the top! The property is 5 star in every way. The condo was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We used the referred chef for a dinner in one night. Chef Jessica was truly amazing and her menu was delicious & very reasonably priced. We have stayed at Las Ventanas in Cabo & this condo is even better! The Hacienda Beach Residence has spectacular amenities. My husband & I used the spa for massages & they were great. The staff at the pool & restaurant were very attentive & drinks & food were wonderful!! Hope to stay at this fantastic property again in the future!! Thanks Allison for a magical stay!!

This was our 3rd stay in this condo. The Hacienda is the best location in Cabo San Lucas, and this condo is nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be back soon.
