Amazing house

Overall the house was amazing for my friends stay. The daily cleaning was so nice to have, house manager was very responsive, and the location was very safe. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the pool turned hair green and turned white swimsuits green.

Perfect Home for a big group of friends

Our stay at Casa La Pinata was amazing! The home is equipped with everything you need for a big group. The main area of the home has a bar, massive dining table, pool table, and shuffle board. We were a party of 15 guys and we were always comfortable and entertained the entire time at the home. We visited at the end of August and it was HOT, but let me tell you that this home has amazing A/C in every room. We all spent as much time outside in the amazing pool as possible, but since it was so hot we regularly retired to the main room of the house, and everyone loved it. You would think we would be sad that we had to stay inside because it was so hot, but not at all. The home is amazing inside and out. All beds were extremely comfortable. The cleaning staff was amazing and made our beds every day, even if we were still in the home which was great! Another plus is that the home is one of the first homes when you drive into the neighborhood, meaning downtown Cabo and the marina are only a 5-10 min drive away. One of the best short-term rental properties I have ever stayed at!

Best stay ever

The home was AMAZING! Miguel was alsO nothing short of incredible. He was awesome in helping us get activities scheduled, restaurants, drivers, etc. I could not have imaged our experience being so great without his help. If you are thinking about booking this place, I absolutely would recommend doing it!

Excellent stay at beautiful place managed by Miguel and Elena

We had a big friends trip in Cabo and Miguel and Elena's place was perfect. The Pedregal community itself was beautiful and felt very safe with all the right amenities. The home was a dream villa. It had so many bedrooms, was well-equipped, and even had a few games like billiards and shuffleboard to keep everyone entertained. It's the place to book if you're doing a group trip to Cabo!

Bachelor Party

I stayed here for my Bachelor party with 16 people and it was the perfect house for it. Everything was as advertised and our host Miguel was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The house has a great view and is also very well located in Pedregal. It is one of the first houses past the gate so getting into town is pretty quick. I would absolutely stay here again with a big group

Amazing!

We loved Casa La Piñata! Everything was as advertised, it was more than enough space for our group of 12. The house & neighborhood were beautiful. Close walk to downtown. I would def. recommend this house.

Girls Trip

The overall stay for our recent girls trip was amazing. The house was beautiful, the pool and outdoor entertaining space was perfect! Miguel met us upon arrival, was attentive with arrangements throughout the trip and made our stay truly one to remember!

Perfect Place for our Family!

Our family had the most wonderful time at Casa La Pinata over Christmas week! I'll try to leave a thorough review since there aren't any. Most importantly, I would not hesitate to stay there again! - Home is like new! Everything is in perfect condition. - Excellent layout. Can hold a lot of people. Nice beds. - Well-designed large pool area with hot tub, ample seating, bar, cooking area, TV, etc. - All the utensils needed. They even have it stocked with 15-20 Yeti type tumblers! - Daily cleaning service was excellent. - Pedregal is a beautiful and secure neighborhood with some great amenities such as cafe and pickleball courts. - Conveniently located. Can easily walk to town. - Once we arrived communication was excellent. We had a few minor things that we noticed when we arrived and they came over immediately. It was Christmas Eve! - Three stories so quite a few steps. Something to be aware of. - We did have some communication gaps prior to arrival in arranging a stocking service which I'd recommend using. - Views are mainly city views. Limited views of water. - Water pressure was very inconsistent. Sometimes fine. But sometimes just a trickle. Seemed worse in upstairs bedrooms. Maintenance came over right away. But it continued to be spotty. - Nice, new TVs, but we couldn't get airplay to work. HDMI cable did work. - Would be nice if the ice machine was hooked up. Had to go in for ice several times. Overall, great property and service! Would highly recommend!
