Inside, the space is open, bright, and intentionally designed. The king primary suite and queen guest bedroom both feature en-suite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped for a home-cooked meal, and the whole-home water filtration system provides clean, drinkable water throughout—something rare in Baja.



The living space flows seamlessly onto a wraparound terrace and up to the private rooftop. Enjoy the plunge pool, outdoor dining, and bar area with a mounted TV and blender—perfect for sunset cocktails.



You’ll also have access to Cabo Costa’s amenities, including an infinity pool, gym, co-working space, and 24-hour security—adding convenience without compromising privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home including the private patio and pool as well as the community clubhouse that features an infinity pool, gym and fire pit.

The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in Cabo Costa in the Casa Mexicana area of Cabo San Lucas, a peaceful residential neighborhood just minutes from the best beaches, dining, and activities in Los Cabos.

Nearby highlights include Santa Maria Beach, Medano Beach, world-class golf courses, and the Cabo marina, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and water excursions.

The location offers the perfect balance of quiet residential living and convenient access to everything Cabo has to offer.



Getting Around:

While ride services such as Uber and taxis are readily available in Cabo San Lucas, many guests choose to rent a car to explore the area more easily.

The condo is just a short drive to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and downtown Cabo, making it a convenient base for exploring Los Cabos and the surrounding coastline.

Parking is available within the community for guests who choose to rent a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

While this unit’s building is completed this development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8am-6pm weekdays and from 8am-1pm Saturdays.



Pool service typically occurs on Fridays. The pool service company has authorization to enter the patio if you are not home. Please reach out for rescheduling if you think the service will interfere with your stay.



Property notice: This unit "Casa Ballena" is currently being offered for sale while continuing to welcome guests. Should a property showing be requested during your stay, we will provide at least 24 hours' advance notice, and the visit will be limited to approximately 10–15 minutes. We will always coordinate a time that minimizes any interruption to your vacation, ensuring you can continue enjoying the home and your Los Cabos getaway with as little disruption as possible.
