Amazing Home, Great View, Close to Downtown, Pool, Luxury!

Casa de Suenos is our custom designed second home, located in Pedregal, Cabo's exclusive and gated neighborhood adjacent to downtown and the luxury marina district. Our home was built to our specifications and finished in February, 2010. It features 3600' of luxury tile, granite and custom interior design, including custom furniture and bedding.

Our 1,000 square foot patio features breathtaking views of the marina, ocean and Medano Beach and features a private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with a tv and gas fire pit.

The master bedroom is large and has a king bed, spacious master bathroom, balcony and stunning ocean and marina view.

Located on the same level as the master bedroom is a 2 queen bed suite. Two guest bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with a king bed and private bathrooms) are located on the pool level of the casa, along with the living room and spacious gourmet kitchen.

The expansive living and dining area feature a disappearing full-width glass door assembly, allowing unrestricted access to the outdoor living area, featuring the pool, spa, fire pit and BBQ -- all with a spectacular view of the marina and ocean.

Our home is conveniently located across the street from the tennis courts ($10/hour) and Pedregal's fantastic Bistro & Sushi Restaurant.

Other nearby Pedregal restaurants include the Beach Club at Capella Pedregal, Don Manuel's fine dining, El Farallon (specializing in seafood) and La Cima, located at the very top of Pedregal Mountain. Additionally, the incredible restaurants of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina area are just minutes away from our home.

Our home has satellite television, a local phone and encrypted wireless internet. As a bonus, we have installed an internet phone system with a USA phone number and unlimited incoming and outgoing phone calls to the USA. International calling (beyond USA) can be arranged, but is not included.

Entire house was filled with everything we needed. Great location. Town is close by, but you don’t need to leave. Deny the property manager was always available and very helpful. I would definitely go back!

This villa is stunning! Every bedroom has a view. Water views from the pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen and living area are spacious and great for fun times with family and friends. Very close to marina and downtown but not walking distance due to the steep hills in the neighborhood. Property manager (Kristin B) was very knowledgeable but slow to respond. Deny on site was amazing. Will definitely consider this property next time when in Cabo.

Memorial day weekend

Great stay. Owner reaches out and property management is super easy to work with. All personnel they employ are great especially Deny. All activities they offer are easy to book and use. Recommend the breakfast and welcome service. Pickle ball was awesome to have across the street.

On way home now and sad to leave. Location and views of marina were amazing. Pablo and Kristen took good care of us. Uber or taxi access to travel anywhere. Will add it to our “book again” travels.

Wow! Impressive!

This house was absolutely perfect for our Christmas vacation. It’s very well equipped with everything that you need. The property manager Kristen was amazing with communication and booking dinner reservations and excursions for us.. Pablo, the Concierge and Gloria(Chef) met us at the house on the first day with a margarita welcome party. Then we had Gloria stay and be our chef for the evening. We were a party of seven and there was so much food left over. The food was beyond delicious and the guacamole was the best I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend this place, especially for a large family gathering. My only recommendation would be to put the house name (Casa de Sueno’s) somewhere visible on the home. None of the taxi drivers could find us and I had to keep dropping a pin. Which at the end of the day is not a big deal.I would give this gorgeous home 10 stars!

Cabo Thanksgiving

We couldn't be happier with our trip and stay in Casa De Suenos. The home was beautiful and very spacious for 4 couples. Pablo was very attentive from day one and answered any text we had throughout the week immediately. Our transportation and driver service was perfect and took the stress out of worring about getting 8 people to and from activities and dinners. The location was ideal located next to pickleball court and cafe. We ate breakfast every morning at the cafe and it was delicious. 10 out of 10 trip!!

Beautiful property and view

We thoroughly enjoyed this villa. It worked well for everyone from the children through the seniors. I would highly recommend requesting the pool be heated and pay for this luxury. It was worth every penny. We had a few minor hiccups, as with any property. They were addressed and taken care of promptly.

Family vacation

The property is located in Pedregal which is considered an affluent area. The entrance to the Waldorf Astoria is located just outside the entrance. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old. The pool was a bit chilly (January,) but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and appliances. If you don't mind the cobblestone road and hills, walking downtown or to the marina is an option. There is an opening in the cul-de-sac to view the sunset. The oceanview and city lights are beautiful day or night. There is an outdoor cafe at the tennis/ pickleball courts with lovely breakfast and lunch items. Federico was our concierge and was attentive for repairs and supplies. We had a wonderful vacation and plenty of room.

Casa de Suenos exceeded expectations!

We had an outstanding stay at Casa de Suenos. Was plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults). All the bed & bath rooms were spacious, but the central living space, patio and pool area was the highlight. The pictures in the listing really don't do justice to the view! Kristen & the property team were very responsive and incredibly helpful coordinating transportation and grocery delivery (HIGHLY recommend this!). Victor met us at check in to show us around and explain everything. Gloria greeted us with warm quesadillas and tasty margaritas. Overall, Pedregal is a gorgeous neighborhood, though there's definitely a bit of noise in the morning from the adjacent pickle ball courts (which we used as well) and during the day from construction across the valley. Neither affected our enjoyment of the house though. Super easy to call an Uber to go downtown for dinner and enjoy all Cabo has to offer. Thanks for a fantastic stay - we will certainly be looking to come back!

Wonderful!!

The house, location, and view are all 5 stars! This was SO comfortable for a family of 8. We loved being right across from Pickle Ball & the courtside cafe! Also the view was just incredible. Can't wait to book again!

BEAUTIFUL home!!
