Needs Better Customer Service
It was OK, my wish list was not appreciated. Hot water to relax muscles, a queen size bed, since it's only for couples.Stable WiFi, A reliable safety box being securely attached to a steady hidden surface and charged. Also a reliable standing lamp. Decorative pillows with no strings hanging out and worn out. Shower with poor drainage keeps dirty water in the corner. And a few more things that he knows about already. I still managed to leave a tip of 20 and a new dress on the bed for the room attendant. I know all about providing excellent service to any guest after working as the Director of Housekeeping at a Marriott Courtyard in Texas for 6 years. I gave my honest private review to the owner and all he said was, : "I will give you also a bad review because you didn't comply with the instructions at check-out." I have no problem following instructions but we left early and the instructions were sent while we were traveling to the airport. I had the best intentions to help this person provide a better experience to his future guest, but he took it personal. He should find a person to manage the VRBO. I'm open to come by and inspect the Tiny House to remove this bad review. Best Regards. Love the idea of Tiny Living Experience.
