"We stayed at this property for 7 nights in July 2026 in a one bedroom apartment, it is okay for 2 people ,very small kitchen area with no bench space ,everything in it ,but very compact. The heated pool ,spa and sauna Gym were amazing. Location is great ,buses at your front door ,the public transport ..."

Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites
"We had such a pleasant stay at the Calypso, the staff were absolutely gorgeous & easy to communicate with . The unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Coolangatta."

"This is basic, but also the smell was disgusting. Every time I walked into my room there was a wall of wet carpet/wet dog smell. What was beyond frustrating was I had to compromise my privacy to get fresh air in there. That is to say, the windows were sealed shut, and the only way to get any air ..."

"Don't stay here unless you are a backpacker. The room was nice enough but poor sound insulation meant the loud backpackers yelling or talking loudly in the hallway was like they in the room with me. Even though it appears to be a hotel room the room was not serviced each day. Had I stayed a day longer ..."
