Located in a quiet Diamond Point Estates subdivision, Pirate's Light is just a four-minute walk to one of the nicest beaches and premier surf break on the East Coast, Old Hatteras Lighthouse. The ground level has good parking, a fish-cleaning station, and an outside shower. The first living level has a large wrap-around, covered deck and opens to a convenient laundry nook with a stacked washer/dryer.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan and large closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed set and a single, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Both are near a convenient hall bath. The main bedroom has queen bed, a large walk-in closet, a full bath, and a TV. All bedrooms are close to the outside deck. Upstairs is a large, open great room with a cathedral ceiling, a full bath, and plenty of seating, and an entertainment center with a TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is close to the nearby dining area. Enjoy family moments in either the west-side screened-in porch, the large sunroom, at the shared pool, or out on the furnished sun decks.
