"Worst experience "

"Decent and clean room. Having a great service/ support provided. It is located in a convenient location walking distance access to the great restaurants and also tourist places. "

"Beautiful hotel in an old restored house. 10 min walking from Komtar. Good wifi. It is important to know that bathrooms are outside the room. Every room has its own bathroom buy you have to walk outside the room to reach it. They tried to give me a room just beside the reception( 2 single beds)though I booked a queen bedroom. After waiting for 40 min and after several calls they decided to upgrade. Anyway that room shouldn't be offered."

"Convenient location, walking distance to gurney mall"

"Great location, checking in and out is simple and really good value for money. Wasn’t really a fan of the bathroom and toilet situation. But the most annoying thing was the noise generated by the AC and the fan in the bathroom. So hard to sleep at night."

Im pretty sure changing of room doesnt help as its due to old piping issues. 2) Ants. You simply can't leave food lying around for it will very quickly invite ants. Ants in the toilet, tv console, table beside your bed. It's terrible. 3) no sound proofing to speak of, the room facing the main road has traffic...
