"They have done a good job with maintaining the property. Parking is a bit complicated yet workable. The only small item(s) would be the ventilation, the carpets in the rooms certainly absorb the moisture from the air and room had a damp/musty smell. We were leery of keeping the windows open all night with the chance a rodent might find its way into the room. Note: After 9PM food choices within walking distance are limited."

"Excellent, comfortable beds. Room size was large with large bathroom and plenty of space on the bathroom counter. The hotel has two sections, one where rooms face the outside and are noisy because of the highway and the central location which is quiet and seems newer. We asked to be relocated to the central location and were accommodated quickly without question. Have used this hotel several times and will definitely return."

"Right in old town Eureka on the 101 highway, so close to things but also a bit loud. Coffee was not well planned out, the pods did not fit the machine. Nice to have off street parking."

"This is a historic hotel located close to the waterfront. Staying here itself is an experience, not for amenities but for its historical significance. The staff are not very friendly, probably they are unionized as it could happen at major landmarks like this, ignore it and enjoy the stay. Highly recommend if you are slightly interested in the US history and heritage."

"This is an iconic building in Eureka. I have lived in Eureka for 20+ years and recently sold my house to travel. Needed to tie up some loose ends and found that the Pinc inn was available, how could I not. So happy I got to see this building on the inside, it is absolutely stunning! The current owners have created a super comfortable environment, the beds are amazing! No other hotel in Eureka comes close to this place. If you are visiting Eureka, I highly recommend the Pinc Inn in the beautiful...
