Welcome to the Küstenloge 33/1 vacation rental—just a step away from the sea. This modern ground-floor apartment in the KÜSTE33 vacation complex in Tossens offers 77 m² of comfort for relaxing days by the North Sea. With two bedrooms, a private sauna, and an open-concept living area, the apartment is ideal for couples, families, or vacations with friends. The dike is only about 150 m away, and the Friesenstrand beach is about 400 m away.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open-concept living area is bright and cheerfully furnished. Large windows let plenty of natural light into the apartment and open directly onto the furnished terrace with an adjoining lawn. Here, you can enjoy the sun starting at noon and relax outdoors as your vacation day comes to a close. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for shared meals.

**Sleeping**
Both bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds, each measuring 180 × 200 cm. Smart TVs and blackout pleated blinds provide additional comfort and ensure peaceful nights. The layout is well-suited for couples, families, or friends who are traveling together but still appreciate their own private spaces.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The private sauna is a lovely extra after a day at the beach or on cooler days. The modern bathroom also features a wide, floor-level shower. This lets you enjoy relaxing moments in a pleasant atmosphere.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

A parking space right in front of the apartment makes arrival and departure much easier. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored securely in the lockable bike room. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and contactless check-in via the key safe are all included, making your stay hassle-free and flexible.

**Location & Surroundings**
Tossens combines nature, relaxation, and many family-friendly activities. Nearby is the well-known “baby beach,” which is specially designed to meet the needs of our youngest guests. Mudflat hikes, bike rides along the coast, the Aqua Mundo water park, as well as cafés and restaurants offer plenty of variety. Excursions to Bremerhaven, Nordenham, or boat tours around Butjadingen are easy to plan.
