Here you’ll find everything your heart desires: endless fields, the North Sea with its healing air, unforgettable summers, and dream vacations. Located in the Aida-Park vacation complex, right behind the dike, this beautiful bungalow boasts a prime location in the North Sea resort of Tossens. Friesenstrand, with its large playground, as well as Center Parcs—which features a large water park, a sauna, sports facilities, and restaurants—are just a few minutes’ walk away. The same goes for restaurants, shops, bike rentals, a bakery, and the surrounding recreational areas. The local supermarket and the beach doctor’s office are also just a five-minute drive away. The North Sea lagoon in Burhave, the Spielescheune, and the Langwarder Groden are all within a 10-minute drive. In addition to the many nearby attractions, the Butjadingen Peninsula offers further highlights, such as the picturesque harbor of Fedderwadersiel. Furthermore, the Zoo am Meer in Bremerhaven, Jaderpark, and the Marine Life Aquarium in Wilhelmshaven are all within about 45 minutes’ drive.

With approximately 60 m² of living space, the bungalow offers a cozy atmosphere with room for up to 4 people. In addition to the spacious living-dining area with a brand-new kitchen, large sofa, and Wi-Fi, there is a master bedroom with an extra-large double bed (1.60 m x 2.20 m), a children’s room with two single beds, and a well-maintained bathroom with a shower. The 150-square-meter garden and the newly landscaped patio with a retractable awning offer plenty of space for playing, barbecuing, and relaxing. This year, we purchased new patio furniture and upgraded the interior with new rugs and various accessories. In addition, we now offer Netflix to our guests. The bungalow has been completely renovated and is continuously being modernized.

With approximately 60 m² of living space, this lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home offers a cozy atmosphere that can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition to the spacious living-dining area, there is a master bedroom with an extra-large double bed (2.20 m long), a children’s room with two single beds, and a small bathroom with a shower.
The fully equipped, new kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as other standard kitchen appliances and utensils. In the living room, you can relax on a large sofa while watching the flat-screen Smart TV and looking out into the garden. From here, you can also step out onto the approximately 30 m² south-facing terrace, which features seating and lounging furniture, a beach umbrella in the wind-protected outdoor area, and a retractable awning. In addition, you’ll find a beautiful, fully fenced-in garden with plenty of space for playing, barbecuing, and relaxing. Central heating warms the entire house, which is well-ventilated. A washing machine, a private parking space next to the house, and internet access are also available.
