The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers the perfect setting for shared meals. The open-concept living and dining area is ideal for cozy family evenings, game nights, or simply spending time together.

A modern heat pump, underfloor heating throughout the house, and a controlled ventilation system ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Electric exterior blinds offer additional comfort and privacy.

A special highlight is the private wellness area, which is exclusively at your disposal at all times. The spacious hot tub, the infrared sauna, and the high-quality massage chair with gravity function invite you to relax after an active day of vacation. This way, you can enjoy wellness in complete privacy—regardless of opening hours and without other guests.

Guests with electric vehicles are also well taken care of: a dedicated wallbox is located right at the house.
