Hello and welcome to our vacation home “Tweete Heimaat”



“Tweete Heimaat,” completed in 2022, is located in the most beautiful part of the North Sea resort of Büsum, on the southern outskirts. The house can accommodate up to four people and offers 88 m² of living space spread over two floors.



This space is divided into a spacious living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.



The open-concept living-dining area, featuring a large window, includes a large dining table and a cozy seating area with a corner sofa, from which you can relax and watch the large flat-screen TV. With “Magenta TV,” you can enjoy a wide variety of programming. If you’d rather watch TV from the dining table, the TV can be easily positioned using its sturdy swivel arm. A selection of fun games is also waiting for you. On cooler days, a crackling fire in the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere.



The entire “Tweete Heimaat” is equipped with 50 Mbit high-speed Wi-Fi from “Telekom.” This allows you to use your computer, tablet, or smartphone without any problems.



In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a filter coffee maker and two Nespresso machines (Vertuo and Original), as well as a kettle, toaster, and microwave, along with a dishwasher and a concealed built-in washing machine.



Both bedrooms on the upper floor feature solid-wood beds with Bodyguard mattresses on Bodyguard slatted frames from the “Bett1” brand. By flipping the mattresses, you can choose whether you prefer a medium-firm or firm sleeping surface. On the beds, you’ll find hygienic synthetic-fiber comforters and pillows.



One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and both feature flat-screen TVs, also with “Magenta TV” service.



One of the bathrooms, located on the first floor, features a shower and an infrared sauna. On the first floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. To ensure peaceful nights, we’ve had fly screens installed throughout the house.



The beautiful south-facing terrace, with its stainless-steel chairs—complete with a reclining function, of course—invites you to relax and enjoy a barbecue. The large “Grillfürst” gas grill is ideal for cooking fish, meat, or vegetables and even features a sizzle zone where, for example, steaks can be seared at 800 °C. For lovers of classic charcoal grilling, a stainless-steel charcoal grill is also available.



Right next to the house is a lockable shed where you can safely store your bicycles or a stroller. If you’re traveling in an electric or hybrid vehicle, you can charge it in the on-site parking lot directly at the wall box using up to 11 kW/h of green electricity.



The “Tweete Heimaat” is powered 100% by green electricity, and the gas condensing boiler is supplemented by the rooftop solar system.



Close by, but not within earshot, is the new playground with a large pirate ship and many other play options. Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away—perfect for days at the beach, mudflat hikes, or water sports.
