This vacation rental is a true haven for those who love the sea—after all, it’s a fantastic penthouse that guarantees a stunning view of the North Sea!<br><br>The 125-square-meter apartment is located on the top floor and is accessible by elevator.<br>It impresses with its state-of-the-art amenities, wonderfully light-filled rooms, and light colors in a Nordic style. From the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, you have direct access to one of the three balconies.<br>The kitchenette is equipped with high-quality kitchen fixtures. <br>Two modern, spacious shower rooms with toilets are part of the amenities, as is the shared sauna area on the first floor.<br>Four people can enjoy peace and quiet and a restful night’s sleep in the two bedrooms (Note: The beds are fitted with full-length mattress toppers; a large fitted sheet is required).<br>Two flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi round out the upscale amenities. <br><br>Our favorite spot: The balcony with its cozy beach chair invites you to relax on beautiful summer days!<br><br>The parking space is located on the property in a private single-car garage. The Langang 3-room apartment is located on the first floor. On the 1st floor are the Kombüse 2-room apartment and the Kajüte 3-room apartment, and on the 2nd floor is the Ausguck penthouse. You can access the apartments on the first and second floors via the elevator or the stairs.<br><br>The vacation apartments feature state-of-the-art amenities, light-filled rooms, and bright, Nordic-style color schemes. A special feature is their proximity to the main beach, yet they remain quiet despite their central location. The kitchenette is equipped with high-quality appliances. A modern, spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet is also included. Two flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi round out the upscale amenities. The “Kombüse,” “Kajüte,” and “Ausguck” apartments feature a fireplace. The communal sauna area is located on the first floor.<br><br>The “Landgang” apartment has its own driveway and private entrance.
