Welcome to our splendid villa in Sandrà, not far from Lazise.

The ideal refuge for families and groups of friends who desire maximum comfort in an exclusive setting.

The villa is equipped with 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, a spacious internal living area and terrace with lounge and external dining area. The large private pool and vast garden complete the offer for your stay.



From the Driveway Gate you access the property to the parking area for 3 cars.



The villa stands out for its generous and bright spaces and is arranged over 2 floors.



On the ground floor, the living area opens with a large lounge featuring extensive glazing, comfortable sofas and a television. On this floor we find the kitchen fully equipped with a gas hob, supplied with everything you need (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and much more) and ready to prepare your favourite recipes. The kitchen opens onto an area with an internal dining table and onto the covered external terrace with a lounge and a large dining table overlooking the surrounding countryside.



The sleeping area, on the same floor, includes 1 well-furnished bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with shower.



On the first floor of the Villa, a space designed to offer privacy and tranquillity. The area includes an elegant lounge with armchairs and a table with chairs and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.



Italian Villa welcomes you with a vast green outdoor area and a swimming pool zone with a large terrace. The private 12 x 6 metre pool is ideal for fun and relaxation on hot Italian summer days.
