Cozy cabin on private lake. The weather was overcast and cloudy so we didn't sit outside as much as I would have liked. The cabin was a little dirty on the ceiling and light fixtures, but I know it is hard to keep it clean with the remote location. It worked great for us!

The hotel is clean and well run. The rooms were quite nice and the mattress was comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. I was skeptical, but was surprised by this gem. It was the perfect place and space for my family. It was cozy and family friendly and if traveling again to Emporia for a long stay this will be my first choice. Mike thank you for opening up your home to us.G Clayton
