The community outdoor pool is open June through Labor Day, 7 days a week. The community indoor pool is open the weekend after Labor Day. Check with us for times and availability.

Our home comes furnished to sleep 5, 1 king size, 1 queen, and 1 twin murphy bed. One full bath with main entrance and can also enter from master bedroom, detachable shower head and cabinet with soft close drawers and some toiletry items.

Just bring the food! The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, griddle, blender, a kitchen island, pantry items, and washer/dryer. There is a propane heated fireplace, (Oct-May), a ceiling fan and skylight in the living room.

We provide Roku TV, so if you have a fire stick or any other streaming device/service, please bring it. Excellent WI-FI service is available, and we do get great phone reception with most carriers. Towels, pillows, blankets & linens provided.

Outside: deck off kitchen, backyard with fire pit, picnic table & propane grill. Deer wander onto the property daily, so get your cameras ready. They will pose for you, but please don't feed them.

We recently added 2 exterior cameras to monitor compliance with our house rules. One is located in the driveway, the other faces the deck. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you book for 2 guests and add people to the agreement after booking, please know for each extra person listed, it is $10 per person, per day to stay. You will be charged the excess amount that will need to be paid prior to your arrival. Our maximum is 5 guests, no exceptions*

ALSO NOTE: Absolutely no charging of electric cars at our home*

*Automatic forfeit of entire security deposit if found, otherwise.
The community requires a copy of your driver's license ID along with a signed Agreement, (see attached doc), prior to your arrival. Please fill out and send to us.

Become one with nature in this serene, rustic setting. This charming 800 sq. ft. ranch home is the perfect cozy getaway, located on a wooded lot in a private community with all its amenities.

When staying, you have full access to all amenities within the community:
SEPT.-DEC./LATE APRIL-MID JUNE: Indoor pool is open, with sauna & steam room. Limited hours on weekends only. Please inquire.
MID JUNE - LABOR DAY WEEKEND: Enjoy the community outdoor swimming pool and hot tub area, open daily. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.
YEAR ROUND: Our community also offers a beach/lake area with pavilion, (bring your non-motor boat), tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground, and game room.
WINTER MONTHS: We're only about 15 minutes to Shawnee for the ski season. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room is open Sat. & Sun. from 12pm-4pm in the Clubhouse for our guests.

We're happy to help make your stay even more amazing! We keep pamphlets, maps and tourist information at the front door for your convenience to use during your stay.
