"Self check in was very easy and the room was quite spacious for our family of four. Description was quite accurate. We appreciated the coffee pods and tea bags. It was easy to find and nearby public transportation."

"Breakfast was a good spread. The cable car was delightful. The wellness area is quite dark and the swimming pool not suitable for children. The cleaning was not great with dead flies on the windowsill, random piles of sheets left in the room and no clearing of teacups. Trams and metro are nearby and lots of shopping and food options. It was fine."

"Very poor experience -Our room had 2 levels, with the bedroom (with windows that don’t open) upstairs and a living area downstairs. the living area room was extremely hot, at least 25-30 degrees Celsius and the upstairs room even hotter. the air conditioning didn’t work and the balcony door and windows wouldn’t open. The front desk said air conditioning was deliberately turned off in the hotel and we should open the window. But our door wouldn’t open so we asked to change rooms. he said no...

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable. It took us about 5 - 7nminutes to reach the nearest underground station. The breakfast offered at the hotel was enjoyable. Although the plates were small, there was a good selection of food available. The staff were helpful and friendly. Even though it was early June and the hotel didn't have air conditioning, we felt comfortable during our stay because they provided an electric fan in the room....
