The staff were lovely. The room was very fashionable and would appeal to young people, I think. As an oldie, I found the shower really hard to deal with: no signs to tell you which knob controlled the temperature, so I had to stand under almost scalding water trying out both kmobs in both directions to adjust it . There was no mat and no handle. As I’m 77 and have a bad back, I was in constant danger of slipping. And the style of shower means you cannot hand-hold it. So I felt that modern design had triumphed over practicality. Also, I dislike rooms where you can’t open the windows, although the air conditioning was efficient.

The room was just the right size, but the only thing I would suggest is putting a small tray or rack in the shower for room #3. There's no where to put shampoos/conditioners, etc. when using the shower.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here in the past 2 years and it was lovely once again. The room is really nice and comfortable and the staff are excellent. The TV has been upgraded from last year which was a much needed improvement and is now excellent. The only minor issues are the air con unit on the wall that seems utterly useless. We placed it on the cool setting but it seems to make no difference. We had the same issue last year. Please look at or replace the air con unit. The doors on the cupboard where the kettle sits won’t stay closed and kept randomly swinging open which didn’t happen last year. Otherwise a fantastic stay - we love it here.

The room was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay there when we come back. However, i wouldnt eat there. The food felt like it had been cooked for a while and then heated up. And the breakfast was aweful. Otherwise it would be 5 star review.
