"The room is as spacious and clean. The choice at breakfast good. The staff efficient. It was a good base for exploring Hull old town and marina. We were given a room overlooking the busy ring road and the noise meant keeping windows closed. It would have been nice to have been allocated a room on the other side overlooking the marina especially as the hotel didn’t seem full. Car parking was £10 a day which seemed excessive as the space was right outside the hotel seemingly on their own land...

"Nice building but we were put on the top floor and we asked to move due to my mum being disabled (they don't have lifts) and the people in the room next to ours were noisy, the person we talked to was very nice and told us we could stay in another room on the ground floor. We entered the second room and walked through cobwebs! There were 6 spiders (that we saw) sitting all around the room, we ended up staying in our original room and deal with the pain.
