Start your morning soaking in the private hot tub as the sun rises over the trees. Spend your days on the lake, then gather around the fire pit or the rear deck for relaxed evenings together.



The spacious deck offer seating for the whole group, a gorgeous wooded view with glimpses of the lake, and room to unwind after a long day on the lake.

The fully equipped kitchen and large dining areas make it easy to cook and eat together. Whether you're prepping breakfast before the lake or hosting taco night, there’s room for everyone.



🐾 Pet-Friendly (With Approval)



Well-behaved dogs welcome on a case-by-case basis. We know pets are family too.



⚓ Lake Access & Dock⚓



Guests enjoy private lake access and use of the dock on US Army Corps property. The dock can accommodate one boat and one jet ski. Please note the lift side of the dock is reserved for owner use only and not available for guest use.



The path to the water features natural stone steps at the top and cleared terrain, leading to a newly installed metal stairway with handrails at the lower end.

Please be aware this is a natural hillside setting — the upper portion of the path is uneven terrain without railings and requires sure footing. Out of an abundance of caution, we recommend adult supervision for children at all times near the water and along the path.



Lake access and dock use are provided as a courtesy and are at the guest's own risk. The booking guest assumes full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all members of their party in these areas.



Boat Access:

The home is just 15 minutes from Burnside Marina and General Burnside Island State Park boat ramps, giving you easy access to Lake Cumberland for boating, fishing, and exploring.



The house is about a 30-minute boat ride to the main lake. While the river may appear narrower compared to the lake, it’s still plenty wide (approximately 800–900 feet) and deep (80–100 feet), making it perfect for water sports, boating, and fishing. An added bonus is that the water is typically much quieter and smoother than the main lake, creating a more relaxing experience.

Haven Lakeside is nestled in a serene, wooded setting, giving you peace, privacy, and a true escape. Surrounded by trees, you’ll enjoy the sights and sounds of nature—from birdsong in the morning to the gentle rustle of leaves at night.



Wildlife: Deer, birds, and other small critters may visit.



Bugs: Seasonal pest control is provided, but insects may appear, especially in warmer months. We recommend insect repellent for outdoor activities.
