A fun lakefront house vacation rental located in a gated community. Located right on the water and behind Big South Fork Boat Ramp! We offer 3 bedrooms (and extra air mattress), 2-1/2 bathrooms with two exterior decks, hot tub and fire pit with a beautiful view of the Big South Fork River. Upstairs is an open concept living/kitchen area. Two extra large sliding doors to give you access to the upper deck and an amazing view of the lake. Enjoy indoor or outdoor eating or both!

The kitchen is stocked with a plethora of cooking ware and utensils. Including a crockpot so your meal will be ready when you return from a day on the lake or hiking. We also provide some of the most common seasonings you could need. Along with sugar, flour, non-stick cooking spray and oil. We offer two types of coffee pots. A Keurig (with complementary K-cups) and a Mr. Coffee, automatic drip (bring your own coffee grounds). Grill out on the upper deck making your favorite meal! We provide gas for the grill.

The main bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom is also upstairs.
Laundry and powder room are conveniently located there as well. Other conveniences included are toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a starter kit of shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion. Towels and bed linens provided as well. Need to do a quick load of laundry? No worries. We have a washer and dryer with provided detergent and dryer sheets.

Downstairs are the two other bedrooms and full bathroom. Our Lake themed room provides a queen size bed and smart TV. You will have access to the lower deck and hot tub from this room. We also provide a dedicated workspace in this room. So if you have to work while here, you will have the privacy to do so. The Bunk Bed room is full of fun. A bunk bed to sleep 3 with plenty of games and smart TV! Cards, board games, Bing-bag chairs and a wall mounted Mrs. Pac-Man arcade game is there to enjoy! The bunk bed room also has access to the lower deck, hot tub and rear yard.

Enjoy evenings gathered around the common area fire pit! Play a game of corn hole(game in lake room closet), make Smore's or just relax. Hang out at the right time and watch all the boats go out and come back in. Truly a fun place to be.
